I thought it will only be close for the pro users with technical skills so they are going to provide test to become skillful and be part of the community. I can compare this to Linkedin actually where they did have lynda.com for users to acquire skills. They provide video tutorials for the users to gain skills, that would be cool. But how come linkedin already did it without even the need of blockchain.

Is the Hero platform going to apply job in behalf of the Hero person kind of a head hunter or will just record that a Hero has skills?

Intelligent Hero  won't be  just a platform for freelancers, the main goal is the verification of knowledge and skills.  This is not adequately implemented in any freelance platform. Our task is to combine HR and ED.
Additionally, head hunters will be able to use Intelligent Hero platform to look for suitable workers.

Intelligent Hero is created and ran by a group of professionals these professionals are responsible for the workings of the platform. Our team will be responsible for the first set of tests that will be administered on the community platform. After that, there will be custom tests that will be created by heroes, who have proved their competence in the relevant vector. The test is reviewed by the heroes of the same vector. Each approval is paid for by the platform. Then the test result becomes a block that employers will use to create tasks for virtual interviews.

Initial tests will be in English only, but later on when custom tests are added it will be possible to make them in other languages as well.
