It would be virtually impossible for any user to give a newbie account a no collateral loan, the account is worth nothing and if the user doesn't pay back, a newbie account is as good as useless, so tagging or flagging it wouldn't make much of a difference.

Most times those sort of loans(no collateral)are mostly given to ranks from full members and above, with the merit requirements and all that, it's not easy to attain those ranks, so many users wouldn't want to ruin it by not paying back such loans, even though they are with no collateral, because it will get their accounts flagged. But for a newbie you can get loans from many sources around your area in real life.'

You are increasingly looking more suspicious not only because of asking for loans without collateral but also done after your account has been inactive for 4 months, tagged that you get to keep other members from scammer.
Other members or DT try to make this forum not a comfortable place for scammers to do their activities so what DT does is precaution.

Trust isn't moderated and being active as well for a month or two doesn't increase your chance to the lender, if just your purpose be active for than a month then after that you'll just loan I wouldn't trust that user at all better really to tag them. Better you always really have collateral when you loan especially for newbie rank accounts the better the chances you can't be denied for it.

This is factually correct but a huge understatement. You'd have to be active for years and in a positive way. Just like in real life you wouldn't ask strangers for money here as well you need to participate in the community and build relationships and show that you value your being here more than the $100 you're trying to borrow.

The forum is created for the purpose of learning & discussing things about bitcoin. The goal of someone registering here must be to do such things only I guess.
I can't imagine someone is registering here and applying for a loan. If a newbie is applying for a loan right after joining here, I guess I would also consider themselves as a scammer; if with collateral they can't scam but still it has some other purpose like farming trust.

Being active in the forum is not equal to being trustworthy to get a non-collateral loan. There are many scammers in this forum who are "very" active. @TMAN will be able to tell you more if you want to bear it. The forum does not prevent scammers from operating unless they break some forum rule which they wont, which is why you being active has nothing to do with it.

Whether your rating gets removed is the decision of the person who put that rating.

Rules are made for the masses and not the individual persons. Even if you had no intention to run away with the loan, think of evil minds here who can make a newbie account, get a loan and run away. They have nothing to lose. Do they ?
That's the reason, that if a newbie asks for a loan with collateral, it surely means that he will scam in the end. Have you ever got a loan from a bank without any grantee ? Ofcourse No, then why do you expect easy money and easy rules here?

As newbie, the first thing you should do is to read sticky threads.
On Lending section there are already four of them. If you read those threads you would notice that all of them clearly warn from making deals with newbies or lending without collateral.

Don't take it personally. The tag doesn't mean you are a scammer. It is just a warning for others to be careful when dealing with you.

You should understand that there's a risk for the lender to trust those new people who come here who ask for loan and asking for a valid collateral is a must so that they can have a guarantee that they can retrieve back there money if the borrower will run.

And also those tag is a simple warning for people who tried to ask money by providing nothing in return so better understand the situation since we are dealing money here for that things.

This is only common sense. Let's say you are in the position of old member here and you saw a newbie that asking for loan. Will you grant his loan request without collateral? Knowing that newbie has nothing to lose so its obvious that it was a scam attempt.

Even old members here sometimes got loan decline due to poor quality posting and some other factor so what more for a newbie. Its really need time to establish reputation. Be patience and hardworking. Your trust feedback might change to neutral if you show some improvement.

Why do you consider a loan an easy money ? For most people loan is a burden which they have to return and also return with some interest on it.

Who loans for free and only lets some words as proof of it? Like, if that happened, I wouldn't get the loan even if they begged me to. Like, hell, thats already a 100% legit scam. Collateral is there so that not only will the loaner have some kind of insurance, it also ensures that the transaction and process are legit and safe. You never know what might happen with that kind of situation where only words as used as insurance, A lot of people have their ways after all.

It only takes common sense, you can easily create an account here but asking a loan after a day or two days of creating a loan is very unusual if you are not offering collateral because newbie rank do not have value on this forum compared to those posting here for 3 to 5 years and have earned their reputation working on it, so you want a red trust the easy way, ask for a loan without a collateral after you register and you will soon will create a new account because the other newbie account has been busted.

It's not unusual. It's the norm. It goes to show the chronic lack of cognition many new arrivals show. All you'd have to do is spend a few seconds reading all the other sneering at such attempts to realise it's not worth bothering but they do it anyway.
