I think you can apply for one of those crypto Visa debit cards like what
Coinbase offers
Except to use their card you have to sign up to Coinbase, give up control of your coins and store them in their custodial wallets, complete their KYC procedures and therefore be happy with them passing on details of all your purchases to your local government and tax agency, and pay ridiculous fees of anywhere between 2.5 and 5%.
OP, whenever I have a few bucks left on a prepaid card, I usually just head over to Amazon and buy an Amazon gift voucher for that exact amount, and then credit it to my own account. Even if I don't need anything from Amazon there or then, I'm always going to be buying
something from Amazon in the future, so I'll save myself a few bucks on my next order. Or you can use it up in person and pay the remainder with your regular credit card. Some exchanges will let you buy bitcoin with prepaid cards, but you will have to go through their KYC and get hit with their exchange fees, so it might not be worth it for just a couple of bucks.
