I have to admit it was pretty confusing at first , mainly because of the by default russian menus that you could not set to be english ( still not fixed , by the way )
and when I looked through the bet ID and the Fairness section it would not allow me to change my seed
so I asked one of the mods and he explained to me how to do it , through your account menu :



notice the Eng flag and the Russian menus?  
this option is under your account's menu and it could have been made more transparent , for example if you create a special fairness section
it would be logical to assume one could do it there ,but no - you can only check the fairness of the rolls there
but it is just the interface suboptimal choices , their game PF seems to be implemented allright

I tried autobet once again, and there were no such issues as before within 400+ bets. So, now I have no complaints except for the speed. It's around 1 roll per second while some dice sites have as much as 8-9 rolls per second.

And, guys, for goodness' sake, change that amount we can see in the "PROFIT" column. The thing is that it's different on all the other dice sites I know, so gamblers have accustomed to seeing real profit there, and I hope you understand that seeing other amounts there is a bit confusing.

We at paradice.in like to provide players with control over their game, and we believe that if the autoplay is too fast the players can miss some events. However we will consider adding customization for game speed, if we will hear more feedback regarding this.

As for huge deposit bonus percentages -- we believe it's not a sustainable choice for us as we operate with a very low house edge. We prefer to have a small house edge to big flashy bonus offers.

i And although the chance for such win is 2% for each bet, the abusers have ways to do hundreds or thousands of bet simultaneously, which negatively affects our business.
We are constantly working on development of our project, and the recent features s the anti-fraud protection.
The system begun freezing withdrawals from users that made several bids with maximal multiply on funds received from our bonus program. The system flags these users as obvious abusers, and it been successfully blocking abusers from our game without any complaints from their part.

As the system was implemented, some time have passed, and the faucet abusers have adapted. After a series of successful bids and winning enough to withdraw, they made a small deposit to their balances. That way they have passed the anti-fraud check from our system.
For some time that worked, that the faucet abusers were withdrawing unfairly received funds.
Very recently we improved our anti-fraud, which lead to creation of this topic.

As our data shows, the player which created this topic is one of the faucet abusers, which withdrawn funds by abusing faucet.

Starting from FEB 11, this account regularly received bonus from faucet (our limit is once in 30 minutes), and were placing all in for x3-x4 miltiply. In case of success that account were placing all in with the same multiply.
On 18.02.2020 at 07:27:24 UTC the account makes series of all in wins, and receives 0.011 BTC on the balance. That happened on 88th bid after taking faucet 55 times. The bids have stopped after that.

At 6:41:49 there is a deposit of $20 equivalent in BTC to this account.
The deposit have added to balance on 7:21:15.
At 7:27:22 begins a series of bets with 98% chance and very small bid. There was 727 bids only 43 of which had chance of  47%.
At 8:27:45 there was a last bet, after which the withdrawal request were created.
Since our system marked the account as suspicious, it was frozen for manual processing.

We decided to decline the deposit because of following reasons:
1. At the moment of deposit there were more than enough funds for withdrawal, which makes us think it was made to throw off our anti-fraud system.
2. After making a deposit, there was an extremely large amount of small bets.
3. The network of this account is used in hundreds of other accounts.
4. This specific IP address were used on many other accounts which were withdrawing with faucet abuse.
5. This specific IP address is same that is used on faucet abuse account, and the game behavior of that account is same as on the other faucet abuse accounts.

Conclusion:
The deposit were made to try bypassing our anti-fraud system, since it worked previously.

The reply is much appreciated, I hope most people reading this understands the situations you've been placed under. However, shouldn't the faucet abuse have been identified as a potential flag which you needed to address quite early in the business?
 Surely, other casinos providing a faucet face similar issues, but in their cases these seem to be dealt with somehow

If you guys are having this many issues with faucet abuse then you should just either lower the faucet or just remove the faucet all-together. Many of the big names dice sites have already done this because it just wasn't worth the headache in having to deal with the faucet abusers. Then you ban some faucet abuser and you got the headache of having to provide proof if they open a scam accusation against you. Just lower your faucet to an amount that its not worth abusing.

Also reading some comments on the scam accusation thread, it seems you would be better off changing your name. Many remember Paradice.to as that primedice phishing scam and the name alone has a bad reputation. It would be really beneficial to just rebrand yourself with a completely different name not to deal with the paradice.to reputation of the past. Because the phishing they did wasn't too long ago and many still remember them.
