At the moment we operate crypto only and don't have KYC, so the license is not a highest priority right now but we are looking to obtain one in near future.

Usually the withdrawals are processed instantly ( the withdrawal tx is instantly created after wd request) and the 48h is cases where we need involvement of our manager to decide further steps according to our protocols. Usually we resolve these cases within a day and 48h is just a random time amount we tell people so they get some idea, although it of course may vary in real world.
