Perhaps I didn't highlight it clearly ^{[if you're referring to the 3rd part of my last post]} but I meant, you shouldn't allow users to "promote any project" ^{[there should be a set of rules in regards to the kind of projects/services that are acceptable for promotion]}.

We won't allow projects that support hate crimes, or terrorist groups. The main point I believe here is that anyone can have their project, or favorite project promoted.

For example if you really like Ethereum, and you are not Vitalik Buterin it is within the scope of our advertising to have a new article written on ETH. This is the context in which anyone can use an article to submit under most circumstances.
