I think the main reason why people invest in new proejcts instead of existing ones is the possibility to make a much bigger profit. If you invest in a cool project at the early stage, you can get much more profit if to compare with buying after listing on Exchange.

1. Every investor must have their reasons why they invest in new altcoins, we can't blame them and not all new altcoins end up being junk, maybe based on their observations, they see an opportunity to make a profit.

2. We cannot blame the developer, every developer certainly wants if the project is successful and it will provide benefits while being able to develop the projects they bring, even though sometimes there are individuals who seek profits by making fake projects and then carrying off money from investors.

maybe it's just about speculation or trust before someone invests money in any new project, because most investors also don't know that the money they invest turns out to be in the wrong place. but I still believe smart investors know more about this and they will always be vigilant before investing in any new project.

There are two possible reasons:
1. People still believe that they can multiply their BTC by investing into these altcoins.
2. They do not understand it and they are manipulated by buzzwords and aggressive marketing.

It's not that you aren't seeing people discussing about good projects it's just the number of worthless projects coming up is alarming. Also, there are still investors investing in several projects but most are doing so for quick profit which might be risky though, this is because they know vividly there is nothing good to expect from the project on the long run. On the other hand, a good number of developers aren't really developing new projects instead they are twisting or adding few things to already existing projects, with this attracting investors and when they are done or gotten what they want, the project ends because they lack the expertise to further develop it.

Those who participate in new projects are usually those who have just entered crypto investments and want to try their luck. Usually also interested because of their friends' recommendations. Not all new projects are bad, there are some good ones with clear goals and vision and mission.

I rarely saw people stated that new altcoins are worth for investment or trading nowadays. However, new altcoins are always born from ICO, STO or IEO every month.

In every project there will always be a supporter especially if the project that you want to launch has the potential to become successful in the end.
As long as there is a way for the investors to gain some profit then they will keep on investing even if the risk is pretty high.

What you have miss in your post is that, not all the project are shit project or scam because there are few of them that will give you a good profit if you were able to invest in the right projects. So the common problems of investors right now is finding those projects as they will not bother to put some penny to projects that are scam.

It is what we called trial and error, investors never limit themselves when it comes to investing, they will never gain profits if they are going to stop investing, they have the most strongest mindset amongst all of us.

This also relates in your first question, developers creates new projects because they are hoping to compete with other projects by creating best one, or maybe the worst one, it is always either of the two.

If the investor already do deep research about the altcoin project, team behind it, and etc. Of course most of them are going to invest. Yeah i know the risk is higher than the profit but if the project is created by legit people, then why not? Of course the investor must do deep research before invest on it.

Yes it is true, every investor must have made observations about the project they will participate in and they certainly know the risks that will be taken later and I think every investor must be prepared to bear the risk of the decisions they make

If we are talking the project who always failure or become scam, then the team is 'probably' fake. They use famous people to lure investor to invest on their project and scam them.

Scammers always have a way to attract investors to be interested in investing into the project and I think this is something that often happens and what we have to do is to be more careful and not in a hurry to invest and at least if we ever get a scam project before, we can compare or assess whether the project we will participate in later allows it to become a scam.

to be frank even i dont know why investors invest in new projects where there no transparency of who the them is , and what they are developing after some days those devs scam and close everything and start new scams , at least we should consider is it worth to invest in those projects falling again and again in scams is foolishness 

It is the fault of the investors themselves that sometimes they are in a hurry to start investing and easily believe what the team behind the project says and then start to invest in it, especially for new people or new investors who join their cryptocurrency will be very it is easy to invest based on what is given or said by the people or by the team behind the project.

To start with, a good number of altcoins are just useless and only used as either for pump and dump or as a means to exit scam. Also, most are just rebranding already existing projects thereby failing to solve any issue at all. Therefore with all these and many more, most people are now more than careful with new altcoins. You asked why there are still investors, investing in these altcoins; I see it as this, they are doing so for their own gains and not for support of the project. That is, buy and dump once trading starts. For your last question, developers who are willing to contribute value develop good projects and vice versa.

where do you find that 99% new project are fraud and rubbish?
can I look that data? or you just make statement without any clear reference

I know that most of new project is failed. But there are good new project too around here
such as Binance IEO is the good one. even most Binance IEO ends with success
that's why Im really doubt that 99% new project are fraud and rubbish.
