Alibaba cooperates with new blockchain platform, Is this project worth following

The important point that I got is the business model being employed under the 3PL approach includes the use of low-cost and versatile frequency sensors that would be installed inside Shipping Containers to monitor their movements and status via the immutable Credits blockchain database.

And the use of the Smart Payment Service based on the combined Alibaba Cloud and Credits blockchain platforms is a solution that is currently being implemented by the companies in the Chinese market. The Credits blockchain provides secure transactions between the parties to the delivery process and logistics providers, such as DHL.

What do you think about this guys? Will it have a positive effect on the Chinese government regarding cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology? Or even have a big impact on other crypto communities?

The impact will happen to the alibaba and chinese government will not get any impact caused by that partnership. As you can see credits blockchain will have used as a core to build a smart payment system.
Remember about alibaba has already partnered with some crypto project in the past and that doesn't give any impact to the crypto or even project itself.
We must see from the track record of the partnership that has already made by alibaba in the past, did it give a lot of impacts or not?
Sometimes even a big partnership gives nothing and the price of credits goes down even more.

I think that it's a great decision and indeed it will have a positive effect for the Chinese Government because it will help their logistics industry in any way. And of course it will have a big impact for crypto communities, especially Credits. Because it will make them even bigger as a blockchain company

Though I am not familiar with Credits project, but I think this development is really good in crypto in general. Considering the market that Alibaba is covering, and the logistics problem that they want to address, I guess both parties will benefit from this project. Alibaba's savings from their logistics operations will be huge when they implement this system.

about the Lenovo CEO who commented on that (https://www.alibabacloud.com/blog/securing-deliveries-with-smart-technologies_595585), basically if the US-China cooperation on the price of Lenovo products last August, it greatly affected the Chinese government, because if Lenovo products were marketed well then it would be an advantage for China as well, especially with Lenovo also cooperating with credits which have obviously been developed lately.

It's the blockchain system that got the spotlight though. Meanwhile, cryptos will remain under the government's restriction in China and it's not going to be resolved anytime soon. Although I do agree that the blockchain system has now recognized to be useful and with all these big corporations trying to implement the system for various use and it could probably contribute to the development of blockchain system.

Surely this is a very positive step for alibaba and china itself. In addition, their government is indeed developing its own blockchain.
An impact in the world of crypto certainly exists but not too large. The hope is that with the introduction of the blockchain through alibaba or DCEP later, there will be lay people who continue to learn about the blockchain and surely that learning will lead to the crypto world as well. In the end, they will try to invest in crypto itself.

Woow, at least a good news in the midst of exit scam and hack rocking this space since last week. I think this will bring more light to this space, at least people will know that there are good things about this space not all the bad things they have heard. We clamour for real uses here it is coming to being and with more of this there will be a new orientation in this space, one which will make developers and team to be serious. Time to know more about this credit blockchain though.

About credits that work with Alibaba, I really want them to work together with other companies in Asia, after China may be Singapore, even though they are a small country their export numbers are very large, so I want to know whether in the future the technology used for credits can also be used on a large scale such as import and export?

So, as mentioned in https://www.alibabacloud.com/blog/new-solution-for-third-party-logistics_595584, Credits and Alibaba produce some kind of sensors which installed in the shipping container. The sensors will be able to monitor the temperature inside the container. And the customer will be able to see the information about the changes in the environment inside the container using the app. And also, the other function of sensors is it could record other indicators, such as cargo weight, the pressure inside the container, etc. That's kinda cool right

Blockchain has too many use cases which might help the current economy improvise over time but for that to happen the industries should start implementing blockchain solutions in their businesses. Alibaba has recognized the importance of blockchain which may be why they have started cooperating blockchain platform in their business model.

This is one of those "where can people use blockchain without using token system or credit reward system works. Like they are literally using it on trucks, where else could you ever figure out blockchain to be used as data center for these type of information to be stored.

I seriously applaud whoever has come up with such a brilliant idea, my father worked 38 years for trucking industry as logistics manager and he has always said that the simplest part of the job is to tell the trucker where to go and that road part, the hardest is the getting the job and loading the truck properly without any mishaps. I feel like these kinds of improvements will improve trucking all over the world and not just in China or just for Alibaba, soon we will see it all around the world.

The fact is that AliBaba, as well as other retail chains such as AliExpress, have a very large turnover and their customers are a large number of people around the world.  I personally would be very pleased if Alibaba would give its customers the opportunity to buy goods not only for fiat funds, but also with the help of cryptocurrency.  I think it will benefit both parties.

Alibaba entering the blockchain space is big news and any startups they partner with will end up benefiting from their huge user base so invest wisely if these opportunities arise in assets like this that will have a long term viability and that can develop high profile partnerships of this kind

Blockchain based smart payment services will be very helpful in businesses such as shipping services and logistics providers, but the progress and creation of this platform will not affect China and I think it remains unfriendly to crypto. This platform will not have a big impact on the crypto community, but it will probably pump up prices for credits.

this is only limited to real blockchain credit system applications, I am happy to read it. I just haven't seen the influence of crypto that will be involved in which part, especially in relation to DCEP in the export / import category because this is where the taxation element will be included. but this will indeed have a wide impact on local business circulation and I'm sure new news will soon emerge from the use of the blockchain other than alibaba there.
