They don’t know the exact reason why but its good that they adopt a blockchain instead of creating their own and maybe, they want to work with that company and later on be the owner as well. Jack Ma has the capability to do what he wants, he’s a billionaire but since China is still the boss of Alibaba they have to create a decision that will be in favor to them and to China as well.
