Previously I've reported that Odsy88.com claiming they have no KYC policy was wrong:

Now in SBRForum there are 2 customers reporting their balance all of a sudden "disappeared" - and only later Sports Odyssey returned the balance after the customers complained:

Relationship between Odsy88 and AC88:

I would also like to show that Odsy88 is part of the bigger and more popular agent "Asian Connect 88" - they are very much related to each other, not only with the same way they operate, asking you to use a memorable word etc. - I do have a proof they are virtually the same. I will try to explain it as brielfy as possible in order to keep it short and sweet.

On the 27th of September I received an email with the title "Start your betting journey with Sport Odyssey" - which looked like this:



Okay, how did they get my email? The only agent I used before then was AsianConnect88, there wasn't any other agent I used. On the 14th of August before then they also sent a similar email. Both emails were using freshsales.io - and AC88 used something similar in 2018:



I can only assume the only possible way Odsy88 "knew" about me was having an account with AC88, I did email them back then to inquire how did they get my email but they've never replied to that question.

I'd like to emphasize one point - This is a secondary email I use, I barely get emails there, at all, it's an email I've never used with other 3rd party sites, no one should have information about this email, it was used with AsianConnect88 and with Blockchain.com as a Crypto Wallet and I'm pretty sure Blockchain.com wouldn't solicit this email to anyone else, so the only suspicion I have is that AsianConnect88 passed my email to Odsy88 - or if we put it in simple words - they are the same - but just chose to use different names for these purposes.

Just be aware that if you have a balance of X in Odsy88 it could change without your notice, they could easily deduct a certain amount without you even noticing, I believe this is a serious allegation and so far to date I haven't seen Odsy88 coming clean about those 2 incidents reported above in SBRForum.

After I win about 5000 euro they asked me for some documents.
Now because the number I have provided does not work anymore I tryed to give them a new one but they won t let me do that.
After that they have asked me to send 2 copies of identification documents and 2 proves of address which I have provided. ( usually one is enough)
Ususally they only do random Kyc checks anyway and I really think that the documents I have provided are enough.
I have account with legit bookmakers as well like matchbooks, Betdaq, bet365, and many other agent and haven t had any problems at all.
Now they claim that they seize all fund for fraudulant behavier which I think is not acceptable because they can not just keep the money themself.
I also want to point out with this post that once you win they try to make it as hard as possible to you to get your money... and like in my case just keep it...

All together they keep 7700 euro in their pockets.

Another thing they do is to put your comission rate from 3% to 10% once they see your are not a idiot and win something.

We would like to reiterate the previous email we had in regards to your orbit exchange particularly to the new commission setting. The said major change to your Orbit X Betting Exchange account commission. From 8% it will be increased to 16%. Please note that this kind of changes are implemented by the Supplier of our account and as an agent, we can't do anything but to follow.
Ridiculous. What's next? 32% commission?

guys it is easy to see they don t like winner. they take position on every orbit bet of 50%.

I created a new account after reading all the good reviews specially by Little Kona. They just asked for my name and my phone number to get started. It was weird that they didnt ask for any KYC docs upfront. I deposited 3282.23 EUROS to a btc address they provided on the chat, which were deposited in a newly created OrbitX account. I bet on a tennis match which got suspended due to rain. I tried to cut my losses and to my surprise I see my account was suspended. Asking the chat, they said their compliance team is investigating the account. I had no clue what's going on. I would ping them back every 12 hours to see if there is an update, they kept on delaying the same. I was conveyed over the chat that no matter what, the result of the tennis match I bet on, will stand and I will get the winnings or losses.

Luckily I won the bet and my total went upto 4878.85 EUROS which I still can't withdraw or bet with.

After almost 36 hours I get this email:

"Hello Sir,

Good day.



We have received the result of investigation from our compliance team.

As per our General Terms and Conditions (that you agreed on upon registration) regarding single account policy for each customer,

you are only allowed to have one (1) account for Sports Odyssey including the products-Pinnacle Sports, Orbit X, BetISN and Winfair.

Therefore, any winnings brought in to your Orbit X account shall be forfeited however,

your total deposit amount of EUR 3282.23 will be sent back to your Bitcoin account.

For your reference, kindly read and understand our bounding terms regarding this matter:

11. You are only allowed to use (1) ONE Profile under our services. IF it is found that you have multiple profiles registered with us.

I rushed to chat with the representative to find out what's going on, they kept on repeating the same thing. "You created multiple profiles, which is against our terms". I kept on telling them I dont have any other profile. I asked if they had another client with the same name? They said their SYSTEM caught me. WHAT THE penetrate! What system? System to con people? I asked them to return my winnings since that was my risk. They kept on denying that request and kept on repeating the same thing over and over. I told them I can provide KYC docs which they never asked for. I can do skype face to face call to let them know I am a real person. I DONT HAVE ANY CLUE what the penetrate happened. Except that I was using a free VPN which might have given the same IP to more than 1 person playing.

They can't just keep my winnings. I asked them "if I had lost that bet, would you have returned the same amount that I deposited?"

NO RESPONSE.

I asked them, are the other duplicate accounts are in my name

NO RESPONSE

I asked them, are the other accounts winning? If yes, are you confiscating their winnings? If no, are you keeping their losses?

NO RESPONSE

They just kept on repeating the same thing, "our system caught you having multiple profiles." what the penetrate. I am so irritated right now. For no fault of mine, how can they just keep my winnings?

They did return my deposit. Is there a way I can raise this ANYWHERE to get my winnings back?

File a complaint with the the forum and ask they contact the Agent not Orbitx.  Also if a Mod here can contact Odsy88 and add to this post. Orbitx has a habit of increasing commissions if they are hit good and since they are one of the few betfair labels once a punter gets the increase some violate rules and open a new account to get the lower commissions thus breaching the rules.  Never ever open multi exchange accounts with the same agent....Find another agent. If you get caught at betfair doing this they confiscate the entire balance incudung deposits in most cases.  Odsy88 sending you the deposit back shows they are not out to steal but to follow rules.

Look guys I want to show everybody why they do not like winners.

In the foreground you can see an original betfair account with geekstoy.
In the background is a orbit account from odsy88.
So here is the thing. As you can see in the orbit account is double the amount of money available to bet.
Why?
Because its a broker that takes positions on bets.
If you for example  bet 100 with your orbit account from odsy88 aka asian connect88 !they have same accounts! you bet  only 50 on the real market actually.
That means everytime you loose the broker get half of the money you loose. And because the majority of punters looses they make a lot of money that way.
And here is the thing. Because they are greedy and act like a normal sportsbook like bet365 they raise your comission to make it harder for you to win and get something of the money back that you won. thats their way to limit you like your ordinary sportsbook.

And thats why they take some punters money away and make kyc as hard as possible. of course only if you win. if you loose nobody asks for kyc.

All the Agents that offer Orbitx do this... All nice winners get increased commissions and some agents like AC88 even start you off at 8% and then go up much higher.  We all know that agent accounts take a stake but to say Odsy88 is any different then say AC88 or any other agent is just not true. Odsy88 has gotten many new people due to AC88 increasing the commisions for everyone to 8%.  They start @ 3% and what happens many times is punters who get a increase to 8-15% try to open a new account to gain the 3% as we all know 15% is near impossible to beat...You have a valid beef about the commissions going up but but like I said thats with all agent Orbitx accounts as It happened to me that is why i open (1) account Orbitx via Odsy88 as my other agent wanted 8%.  Odsy88 they pay very fast and CS is available 24/7 if they raise commission just have to find another out but they a excellnet agent for most losing punters

this post makes me wonder even more about you sir.  it is common knowledge for over 6 months that this is standard practice the raise in commissions at ORBITX from every agent AC88, sportsmarket, betibc, betkeen, odsy88 ect ect some start at 3% many start you at 8% land then move up to 15% plus I have seen.  At that point some punters try to trick and open a new account so they can get the 3% again since 15% is not beatable. they get caught as the Orbitx platform has securtity to find muti accounts and then the winning are all void.  Most places have sent the deposits back and voided winnings per the terms others may just keep the whole balance.  Odsy88 has history of sending the deposit back at least after a kyc in every case I have seen.  Others maybe not so... to me Odsy88 is very good esp since they pay faster then any other agent legitimate and verified accounts

We would like to correct the wrong accusations posted here.
You knew very well that we asked you to undergone verification as you keep on providing false information's about your Mobile Number where
we need to send an OTP-Code for withdrawal.

This customer undergone a verification and when he wasn't able to provide additional documents - He admitted that he submit us the documents
of his friend. So in short. He was a FRAUD by submitting FAKE DOCUMENTS.

That day. We told him that all his balance will be seized as he violated our Terms BUT after few days, we send him an e-mail saying this :


"Hello Sir,

Good day.

We would like to recall the previous decision of our management in the recent incident of you submitting a "Fake Documents" which deemed as fraud/untruthful information.
As a "One-time" courtesy, we will process your withdrawal upon "successful verification" of your documents with your "Real Identity".
Following with this email are the list of the requirements that you need to submit.

Moving forward, If same or any abuse of Terms and Conditions has been done "once again" we shall immediately proceed with the closure
of all accounts related to the same identification which will be deemed through a comprehensive investigation and
research - All balance across your account/s will be seized including the amount you deposit.

Thank you."



He "Agreed" to it by submitting his REAL documents and after few days, we verified his account and send back his deposit amounting to 7,783.63 EUR.

The reason why he keep on spreading lies was he claimed that he has a "friend" who also has an account with us which happened to be FRAUD as well
by submitting "FAKE DOCUMENTS"

We told him that his winnings will be forfeited and his deposit will be refunded to him but he didn't agree and threatened us that he will keep posting.
After few hours. We was able to REFUND HIS DEPOSIT OF 1926.10 EUR after he provide us the OTP-CODE for withdrawal that was sent to his registered phone number.
