Altseason soon or not ?

Impossible to say when. Definitely when BTC moves alts season starts not before. If we'll see another bullrun then it's possible yes.

when viewed in terms of prices and graphics on bitcoin, it is not possible. at the moment the market is on a bear trend, and I don't think it is possible for an altseason to start in a short time, before bitcoin shows its peak again. actually in this discussion the point is in Bitcoin, it could be the altseason to start but later or it takes time. and to remember, the majority of altcoin prices tend to follow the movements of bitcoin. very rarely find altcoin that can take precedence over bitcoin, and even then if there are only two reasons, namely the project is developing and or manipulation.

We are hoping for altseason sooner but it is still hard to tell when it will happen. even bitcoin's price are not easy to predict because of many fraud spreading and other country banning. so in a simple perspective, altseason are really hard to shine in this year or next year. we can tell to our friends is to take more information and pick a potential alts that will bloom.

The one thing I could say we're more certain about is that BTC prices are not bullish at all lately. But as there is a high correlation between trends in BTC and altcoin prices, I would say it's fairly certain that so long BTC is bearish, alts are going down in following that.

I can't see it right now because BTC is still not bullish.

Maybe next year but I can't expect it would start early next year neither, I'm just hoping soon we will be in the altcoin season as I miss actively trading with altcoins when most of the time I can make profit. Although we like to see it soon so the bleeding will stop but we are not in control here, let's ask the whales to pump the market again as they can do that with their full power to manipulate, if they were able to pump 30% on btc's price in less than 24 hours, it could happen with altcoins as well.

just because btc isnt in a bull state does that mean that alt do also  ? hmm but before btc and alts goes in different directions   . next year prediction was mainly on btc but not on alts   . we still didnt know if what exact year alts will boom again   . you can still trade today without waiting for the pump season because you can still earn small profits  .  its not also easy to tell whales to pump the market but i think no one can dictate them if what they will do but they only have thier own plans for thier money  .

Bear market started in mid 2018 and we are in December 2019 now, its really not a long time, everyone expect things to change for the better but no one was expecting that altcoin season in 2017 and early 2018, I think it will be the same this time around, altcoin season will come when we least expected

nothing prevents altcoins from remaining in the same state for another year. there is a possible price increase in bitcoin because of the next halving
but buying altcoin today is kind of risky because it's hard to predict which coin will increase or survived in the next bull run
every bitcoin halving there is always a price correction to match the supply and demand
the current price of bitcoin might be matched for the current supply but in the next halving block rewards will decrease in half

there is no ETA when altcoin season will come and to discuss about the date when that will happen, that will waste a lot of our time. so many indicators have been using by experts to determine ETA for altcoin season but they are getting failed.
consider a lot of dramas that happening in the market and that needs a lot of time for altcoin to get another bull season.

maybe because of the pump price movements in bitcoin a few months ago that did not have an impact on altcoin makes you think like that. but I rather think that the price movement has not been able to make an impact on altcoin, we must wait until the bitcoin price movement improves even higher so that altcoin can get an impact on the price

As certain altcoins increased in previous periods, other altcoins increased too together with whale movements. In fact, the rise of all of them was not real, most of them were artificial, and there was hype for all the altcoins. The ico process starting with Ethereum caused this hype. But in the next process, i think only the altcoins, which has big real investors, will rise, and expecting such a collective bull season for the all altcoins this time is nothing but a dream.

Those coins to be part in the market for a long time could not guarantee that will be increase in which most of them didn't support by many here in crypto currency community. Without any statics i could not say that altcoin price will up very soon. Actually nobody does not knows about alt price. But don't be hopeless just be patience with market and continue your work for crypto market.

Why do people keep looking forward to the altcoin season? I think a healthy market shouldn't have an Altcoin season. Take a look back at Matic's journey, crazy price increases and crazy price drops. The altcoin season will probably be a giant price manipulation.
