The world is male dominated, but the growth of women isn't stopped for any reason. There is gradual growth which has led to the success of turning common women's to be entrepreneurs and on high profiled positions. This hasn't took place in a night, several sacrifices and hurting. Going through the article some truth on receiving investments were published.

Just being a women investments weren't provided, and now a initiative for women in the name of Fintech Ladies seems to be a game changer in most women's life.

The world is becoming balance and the things that men does is becoming possible with women. I don't think it's the right question to ask if we're talking about the future of women. They have much space in every industry and they are given equality so this really isn't something to discuss at least for me. There are already women that are blockchain developers and we will see more of them soon.

Even in finance and crypto industry, it is good to see that women are getting more and more chances to have the opportunity to work. It's a very well said article and could help this industry grow more. I do believe that gender nor roles that is attached to then has anything to do in this industry. now I think there are more women than men so it's no wonder we meet many women who work in factories, industries and work in technology such as men. and now we have lived in the modern era and there is already equality between women and men. and also the number of women working in cryptocurrency is also increasing. and in my opinion as long as the woman is able to complete her duties I think it does not matter if the woman occupies a high position.

oh man i was just talking to the wife about this the other night, good to know im not the only one pondering this topic lately
i feel like women were on a roll 5 years ago, but now are slipping backwards professionally, tho in crypto its probably to be expected as there is statistically less women into tech then men
i hope to see this industry involve women more as time goes on, i dont see any reason why women shouldnt have equal ground in this emerging industry.

I thought in the world of technology it doesn't matter whether you are a women or a men if you have the skill and capability you will always get the opportunity. Well, if there's an article discussing this topic it means that the problem still exist. Indeed, crypto is open for everyone who wants to change their life into something better and you can easily achieve anything as long as you have enough knowledge and understanding to make the best decision for yourself since you can't assure that everything will always turn out amazing. I think the thing that most determines someone to have an opportunity in a job is seen from the skill. Whether it's in the world of crypto or the finance industry. Regardless it is male or female. Because if a team or company employs uncapableman, the company will not advance or will instead go to ruin. I think both of them have the same opportunity between men and women.     Naikturun you are right, there is no discussion about this, everyone has the right to do what they wish to do. This industry
is no exception. If some woman wish to get more involved she is free to do so, nobody stops here.
   We need to respect people by knowledge and experience they have in some field, it has nothing with gender. There are some
traditional people who think that woman place is in house with kids and nowhere else, but I don't agree with that.

Agree with you mate. The cryptocurrency industry shouldn't be gender selective or gender discriminatory because women are the most populous gender on the planet earth. Women's shouldn't be intimidated or be afraid to join the movement, I have my wife trained on this field and she's doing well on trading.

Crypto currencies are decentralized so there is no gender inequality in the crypto space.But most of the crypto influencers were men to be honest but we can't say women never involved and showed their contribution in blockchain and cryptos.

Lot of new projects starts to have females as well as their part of team so they enters into the market but yet to be noticed.
