Effective way? Let them experience first hand, how crypto currency works. We can all say whatever we know and tell them that this, and that but the thing is, it all sinks in their imagination. So what I think would be the best thing we could offer to them is let them experience crypto, it is very important in a sense they couldn't be fool easily by other people towards crypto currency.

I think to introduce a newbie to cryptocurrency is to provide an understanding of coins for peer to peer transactions. Newbies are usually interested in the profitability of investing in the cryptocurrency market and I think we also need to explain the risks so that newbies understand that every investment contains risks

Best that I can think of is to compile the best youtube videos about Cryptocurrency and also articles and let him watch and read all these kinds of stuff, experts should be the one to explain so you will not miss anything, these videos and articles are all free and you can access anytime.

In our life, banks play as a middle-person to transact money from one person to another or business to another business. But money transaction is done between target group without banks. It is very hard to compete google chrome and mozila and also most people now just use social media such as instagram, fb and etc in all their times. They just use a browser if the need something that they want know, which is mean they just it for a while.

There is a time that many people will know about cryptocurrencies and they want to know them by themselves, not just profit only or even as place for source income. I'll bet if there are a lot of newbies who come to cryptocurrency and they sees only for profit purpose then they will easily leave when they found a huge lost and find a hard way to gain money on it. Will be different when they come to cryptocurrency and their intentions only interested to the technology and I'll bet they will learn more an understanding first, find the ins and out about it so as they will never take a decision to leave.

Best way would be to tell them your profit and be prepared to be treated as a scammer by newbie lol.
