Base on my own experience, I will introduce by those who are open minded people and can easily to understand. Also, if they are not contented on my explanation I let them ask many question and I will answer it to the best knowledge that I have all about crypto currency.

I have difficulties in explaining to newbies also on what is crypto currencies all about and how they can earn from it even if they are not going to invest a money. I am not really familiar with brave browser so I cannot really use it in my case and in the other hand my main problem here is most of the newbies are thinking that crypto currencies is like pyramid scheming as many got scammed using the bitcoin as the front of their advertisement.

Maybe if there is clear guide that can easily define what is crypto, how the newbies can earn in crypto without using a single money, how they can benefits in using crypto and all other positive things about crypto then I guess it will become easier for us to introduce the crypto currencies to the newbies.

In my own personal opinion, the best way to introduce to a newbie about cryptocurrency is simply by showing them on actual how cryptocurrency works in trading, mining, and investment, so that they would start to have an interest to buy cryptocurrency for a long-term.

Tell them how bad is traditional financial systems, how banks are printing money, how goverments robbing people. Tell them about money, that money is not good for long term HODL because the value is constantly falling. Tell them about upcoming world economic crisis and then... tell them about solution - cryptocurrencies. 

If you continue to discuss in line with conspiracy theories, then tell the newcomer that you do not know who and why invented Bitcoin and show the cover of the journal the economist of 1988. Tell him that the crisis may have been intentionally created by the same people who want to push their cryptocurrency to the masses. I know it sounds harsh but think it all the same. And then tell where and how you can buy, mine and store cryptocurrency safely.

you should not talk too much about history because in my opinion it will be boring and difficult to attract new people. so I think it's better to talk about things that are more interesting to them, and when interested, we have to take responsibility when inviting someone

so that they are not misunderstanding the newbie, then explain that the crypto market is very volatile, so its value goes up and down. then there are a few more things, namely the security system that is still vulnerable, and transactions that cannot be canceled when it has been confirmed by the blockchain (ledger to record all transactions). there are also many crypto on the market that can be chosen as investment or trading assets. actually all of that is simple if you want to understand from the start and not just think about profits.

We have different ways on how we will introduce cryptocurrencies to the newbies. For me, I will guide them by hand and I will tell them that they need to watch some videos on Youtube so they can have more background on cryptocurrencies. Moreover, always ask them if they need help so you can answer all their question on the things that they do not understand. You can also talk to them personally than chatting them because you can fully explain it well.

A pretty good idea by introducing an easy way to get cryptocurrency, which is BAT by using Brave. It's simple, with real functions will make it easier to give an understanding to the newbie. This could be of interest to learn more about cryptocurrency. You should be able to be one of the intermediaries to show the right media and learning resources.
