Did you mean about the altcoin traders? You should be more specific with your question if that's based on ethereum community and you can start to follow vitalik and many more. You should explain what criteria altcoin twitter account that you are looking for it right now.
If that's altcoin traders and i suggest you should not try to follow them.

I can understand what you mean by looking for people with high twitter followers for the crypto (altcoin) sector. This is not difficult, try on twitter to find the CEO of the projects in this market and I think it will bring a lot of good information for you. Following these accounts is like reading news, but it gets through twitter.

Your question is still unclear, legit/best for what aspect? If you mean an altcoin traders, the short answer is none

All of them is only bullshit speculation that aiming to get audience for personal gain (referrals, paid-promote, ads, views etc)

If you mean legit/best altcoin's from the high followers on twitter, then the answer is you need to do own research first... because high followers and verified account doesn't mean he's the real owner, you can check the original account of the owner by visiting the project websites.

Scammers can write from verified accounts. Attackers create accounts that were exact copies of the accounts of the heads of crypto companies. Although even Twitter administrators claim that accounts lose their confirmed status when changing user names. But several fake accounts managed to keep the blue ticks.
