He already gave us a surprise, just look this Cartesi has got so much people attention right now, his token price can worth even 5x times from base price. He is able to become like that in times of crisis that many people are facing. I'm sure there will be the next race, it just they need time to prepare it, the last event is really festive, attended by many participants.

You must understand the lottery system correctly, if you have more binance and you will get more chance.
I have participated in this IEO too and i just get 1 ticket and i have sold my CTSI. More tickets more chance. But again it's very similar as a betting.
