May 2022 Development Recap for The Blockchain OS.

Last month we released Cartesi Rollups 0.2.0 and with it, we took an important step toward Cartesi’s Testnet Infrastructure
(Milestone II on our road to Mainnet) and also made available the economic components of our solution.
We are working on automated integration tests for Cartesi Rollups Examples in order to keep our
development teams working fast while keeping the code quality high.

Market conditions are good to fill coffers with CTSI as bear market is not forever and nowadays' work will show up when trends will turn around. I'm following this thread and still see no one who'd competed with Cartesi on making blockchain operating system so I expect CTSI will show it's best in the future!

Smart Contracts are immutable: they cannot be changed after deployment, only replaced. This goes along with the original idea of a trusted blockchain environment, but makes it difficult to maintain and upgrade them.

To mitigate these issues, EIP-2535 proposes a sophisticated proxy pattern, which allows the addition, replacement, and removal of functions and virtually removes any constraint on the code size; and an innovative storage layout, which is collision-resistant and very flexible.

I'm not a developer, but if I understand correctly in simplified form: a smart contract cannot be changed, but it can refer to other contracts to perform certain functions, this solution allows you to change/delete/add these sub-contracts to update the main one.

That's good news on the road and gives credence to Cartesi's legitimacy as a project
I'm excited about this, Cartesi makes it all so seamless.
When everything is pumping, tokens with utility get higher pumping reallocation

Cartesi Labs: What’s new in 2022?

Although things have been going at a modest pace in 2022 while Cartesi Rollups is under development, our community can expect Cartesi Labs to ramp up speed throughout the rest of the year as it rejuvenates and prepares to scale up with the launch of the Cartesi MVP.

Meanwhile, here's what else you can expect:

Game studios and developers are joining the Cartesi ecosystem to develop games and demos using Cartesi tech. We will be sharing more information about that soon — stay tuned!

Cartesi is moving toward decentralization, and will soon be announcing the first concrete actions on development towards decentralization.

Cartesi Labs is refactoring the Grants program into the Cartesi Grants DAO, which seeks to provide greater transparency and community involvement during the selection process for issuing grants to projects. As the first increment of decentralizing Cartesi’s governance, the DAO provides extra utility to Cartesi’s CTSI token.

Blockchain OS is not widely known, despite being listed on Binance with such a large community and partners. In light of the fact that 2 existing OS from Near and Agoric have been available with a working platform for years, what difference will blockchainOS bring to gaming?
