sorry i dont get exactly what you mean,is that the exercise we are doing?or anything that made our body good?because i am in Keto Diet right now so basically my routine is too far from others because Keto is not that common diet for all.tell me if this is good for you and i will tell you my routine from Diet to my Exercises .

So you want to have a bodybuilder for yourself? I think you can found it on the internet because I see that there are so many articles or exercises that you can try a good body but of course, you need to eat something that will help you to have a good body. But unfortunately, I don't use a diet or don't want to have a body like on that website. I love my body as what I can see now Grin

So you want to have a bodybuilder for yourself? I don't find any routine I think It is entirely up to you to exercise your body and diet You have to control the diet yourself to keep the body fit and you can also get some tips by watching the video on YouTube You can create your own daily routine.

I don't find any routine I think It is entirely up to you to exercise your body and diet You have to control the diet yourself to keep the body fit and you can also get some tips by watching the video on YouTube You can create your own daily routine.

Personally I have a demanding exercise routine and without breaks but the best way to develop it is to look for exercises that fit our personal interests, not just any routine works for everyone.

I've been involved in sports for 9 years. I had a lot of mistakes. But now I can say that the best book is Dinosaur training by Brooks Kubik.

This book has answers to all your questions. If you want to be strong and gain maximum muscles without using anabolic steroids, then this is the best book for you.

If you are talking specifically about aesthetics, it is important to understand that body proportions are 80% dependent on your genetics. All you need to achieve the best results for yourself is hard training with large weights and a low level of subcutaneous fat (do not overeat).

In addition to strength training, you can also do cardio - circular training with burpee, running on stairs, etc. This will allow you to develop multifunctionality.

Another, actress and actors are posting their workout routine in their vlogs in Yoututbe, and tiktok accounts.
