Within 7 days, the withdrawal is no longer available. I tried to turn to those support however they did not want to give my ETH. Many people also cannot withdraw money now.
I began to understand this question and understood. The project has run out of money and withdrawal is not available.

Ah that's true my friend is also getting blocked and he can't take his money from that shitty exchange site.
But this is just a suggestion for you as that exchange sites are getting out of funds in ethereum but you can try to WD your money through exchanging some of your ethereum into the ripple and try to make a WD request again. I hope that will bring your money to your pocket. Just do that asap. at least you can try with a few ripple coins.

Since Monday, 2.6 ETH frozen. The support service is silent. I checked their wallet and I managed to get the money that they have in hand. The project has run out of money!

Saw some posts from other members complaining about withdrawals too. Others successfully withdrew their balances by exchanging it to TRX, but unfortunately, since you already requested a withdrawal, you can't try that.

We here on the forum know what cheating is. Check out their wallet. You will see everything they need they had 40 to $ now 350 $. And you can withdraw only the money that lies precisely on this wallet. There is no other. I watched a video on YouTube and chatted with Bcnex users.  

I just warned you. I also trusted this project. Until I checked the possibility of withdrawal.

Every exchange that turns out to be scam always perform good at its debut and then gradually decreasing their performance and as a result disabling the withdrawal function thus trapping people's funds or a more harsh way to say it is exit scam. It's the same cycle and people are still falling into it and honestly I've never heard the name BCNEX even once before but people really need to be cautious before trying a new exchange like this.

Did the admin not answer that question? as far as I know, this project collects quite a lot of funds, I'm not sure that this is a scam. the admin might be on vacation, or there are other reasons. too bad if one of the promising projects this year becomes a scam.

How come you can said scam alert with BCNEX exchange, I have success withdrawing my ethereum last week with little amount about 2 eth, firs my withdrawing failed but I try to contact their support and re withdrwaing again and success, maybe you have ask first with their telegram channel support for making your withdraw is success.

Perhaps there is a chance that they do not have other wallets connected to issue funds. However, they had 7 days to solve this problem.

I ask you to refrain from deposits until this problem is fixed. You can lose money.  Now I see only one thing. There is no withdrawal of funds from this project. All transfers go through one wallet. And it ran out of all the money.

I wrote this post to publicize this situation and protect you from possible losses. I hope you understand the situation that has developed in this project.
