Depends on their explanation if the reason is somehow unbelievable then say good bye to youre funds. I'm thinking if this project proven scam the team will be put into jail or they can just escape this kind of activity. of course, think of those who invest and their asset still there? Unlike other exchange who announced their closing and let people withdraw their funds in due time.

For a new exchange like BCNEX they should avoid this kind steps that will obviously only raise suspicions among their users, its already a failure for an early project to conduct a behaviour like this.

it looks like they are running out of funds, and their funding division chose to take a vacation without caring about the current problems. locking withdrawals for 20 days is a very bad move for a new exchange. They are always talking about upgrading the major system from a few months ago, currently they are holding an airdrop program, and early next year they will do the first IEO. Their global and local community is quite large, I don't think they plan to deceive users, but their actions are indeed unprofessional.

It could be because it takes a long time for their maintenance to even take 20 days. of course, this is to prevent withdrawal during the holidays. but, this thread seems a bit confusing, because as far as I know BCNEX is not a scam exchanger, they even wrote an announcement and apologized for this.

I don't really know about the bcnex market exchange, but if we look at cases like this it is very unfortunate because they are not very competent and not very professional, the problem has been 10 days but has not been resolved either.
highly recommended for those who have assets there better withdraw before the undesirable thing happens.

Impossible with bigger exchange market could be scam, you have contact BCNEX support team by email or you can directly ask your problem with their telegram channel, I get faster respond when get trouble with my first withdrawal and repeat once more time and my withdrawing success faster than using other exchange market like Binance, Bittrex and Kucoin.

Honestly, a reputable exchange never have a vacation, they will always work to meet the needs of users. And for this exchange I suspect that they are having an evil intention in the future, and it will surely become a scam soon. Staying away from exchanges like this will keep you safe and I was quite surprised when they announced that they raised more than $ 30 million in ICOs, maybe this is just an exaggeration of them.

I was also facing the withdrawal issue in LTC, I did withdraw seven times and always failed after email confirmation, after that, I convert LTC to ETH and I have got my ETH, I suggest convert your ETH to other currency and then withdraw altcoin, I hope you will get it.

as long as CEX, it is very easy to turn scam. There are many hacking incident, no matter how big exchanges are

Withdrawing by ETH more faster than use other currency, although have pay with higher fee is not worry and we got payment more faster than using other coin like XRP or LTC, I always withdraw to erc20 wallet for each coin from exchange, I can't withdraw to other exchange directly because many exchange market not support by withdrawing smart contract address and your withdrawing process manually.

maybe the problem is that there aren't enough funds available on the BCNEX hotwallet to cover all transactions. I read about eth and trx transactions that often fail, and also xrp which does not provide withdrawal options. Then the user switches to ltc and finally experiences the same thing.

I don't think so. It is a potential project and it attracted more than $ 28 million from ICO investors and nearly $ 1 million for angel investors. This is a pretty good exchange and I believe they have enough money to make these transactions. It's just that their system is still having a lot of problems because it's a new exchange. I think this is just a misunderstanding between the complainant and the exchange.  they had announced the problem and are willing to fix it if given enough time.  There are other solution and that is exchanging the token to another token and withdraw.  If they are scam then everyone won't be able to withdraw nor convert their token to another altcoin and withdraw.  There is a possibility that they are running out of funds but I do not think they are intending to scam everyone because as I believe this exchange is registered and have their owner/operator known by the authority.

If you just do the conversion from one token to another it can, just for withdrawal it seems not yet, because the withdrawal button in the exchange has not been activated by the team until now.

Bcnex is very good project. Hopefully they never do scam. I was facing this withdrawal problem. I think it's technical problem and they also announced that they locked withdraw for some days. They will take 20 days for fixed it. I believe them, hopefully they will fixed this problem as soon as possible.
