They must be reported into the regulators and I guess that's the only best way to catch them all. It looks like they were working on the same team. As long as we can identify the country they were based on and legal action against them can be taken by someone who based in the same area with them

I hate scammers like them and I also hope that some people who come from Vietnam can identify them and might be able to report them to the law there. And this is also one of the reasons why I have never trusted a project that came from Vietnam

We have all the information about this group, they used all the real information. But it is hard to understand why they became a scammer when the project received so much support from investors. With all this information, I hope they will be caught soon

the big question is what is the biggest technical problem so make them must run maintenance till several months and still no certainity when it finished. many people actually hope bcnex could be big exchanges in south east asia at least when they look the performance in ICO. but every thing changed while maintenance still running till now and even group admin could not reply the question about it.

New exchanges always have lots of potential risks that you cannot anticipate. A lot of people have lost money at this exchange, and certainly they are feeling very depressed about what is happening. I think they are using investors' money for other purposes and will definitely never return because if this exchange works again, all investors will find ways to withdraw money. We have no chance to WD our money from there, the team has already gone and the site too. it looks like they are aware of the possibility for them getting sued by investors to the court.
They were building their fake reputation before they started to scam the investors and then they fooled the investors and I hope this is the last scam project.
