Is the name comes from "24 karat" as in golds etc etc? It does remind me of the bruno mars song "24k magic" which I don't know if it was intentional or it wasn't but it just reminded me that as soon as I saw your signatures in some people. It's fixed for me (at least for now), so probably they will fix this area by area. The thing though that they need to fix is their support  time of response.
I have an issue from yesterday (not about reaching/ loggin to their site) and i contact them via mail and here by PM to solve it.

What do you mean by you cant gamble with it and what bonuses you are talking about?
Do you mean to say that you can use the bonus for specific type of game and are you taking deposit bonus or no deposit bonus?
