I get that not allowing user withdrawal address change automatically is a security measure.
But why not show which address is set to each user account for withdrawals? This makes me nervous to be honest. I don't see why the set withdrawal address isn't at least shown in the interface.

Welp, it's official now, my deposit has been locked in the casino for over a week!

Support is slow to respond, withdrawals aren't automatic and verification is requested for bitcoin withdrawals. Even after I showed them my documents, my withdrawal still gets rejected with a request for verification, even though I don't get a response for days over documents I sent.


It's just too frustrating! I've also messaged the OP in bitcointalk but no response.

For a casino that registered its licence in Curacao, you ask too much while there are casinos where you don't even have to register before you play. Maybe it is your parent company which causes the problem. I see in your footer SG International is a company from the UK.

I was frustrated while reading your ToS:

If you are so eager to enforce the law, why would you give a free pass to crypto users?

The KYC about Crypto is in the FAQ section.

If you are so eager to enforce the law, why would you give a free pass to crypto users?

Crypto is not regulated by the law yet. Also We want to encourage people to use Crypto.

This user's withdrawal was processed awhile back. the delay was because of verification process. If you create a fiat account you must verify to withdraw.

I tried here over the weekend, i found a good selection of games and deposits seem to only require one confirm so it is quick to start playing. Some personal information seems to be required to play games from some providers, but only name and birth date etc. I didn't mind this and they didn't ask for documents or anything yet.

Withdrawals do seem a little slow but i'm not sure if it is because of Easter weekend, my first withdrawal look around 36 hours and the second i'm still waiting on since Saturday 11th.  

EDIT: They paid a couple of hours after this post, i guess it was just the weekend!

User responded here via pm that he received his withdrawal. He had no issue about posting his address in public but We removed it. We will be more careful in future for issues like this one.

Hi, warning for everyone.

I try to make withdrawal other day and they say i broke rule. I asked how i broke the rule however they just keep saying in violation of term 4.5 but this is not possible, i found link to site here at the weekend and do not use vpn or anything like this.

I deposited 34mbtc in 2 days and my last deposit was lucky. When i asked to withdraw 55 mbtc they refuse and stole all winnings since last deposit, wasn't even using bonus on last deposit.

Be careful if playing here!

Terms 4.5 is about duplicate account or most people here call is multi accounts.
If you are suspected to have duplicate account or multi accounts, they should provide at least a valid proof that you break this term.
On the other side, in the worst case, your deposit might be refunded as per their terms 4.5.2 as quoted below:

4.5.2 we may, at our entire discretion, void all winnings and refund all deposits (less amounts in respect of void winnings) made in respect of that Duplicate Account and, to the extent not recovered by us from the relevant Duplicate Account, any amounts to be refunded to us by You in respect of a Duplicate Account may be recovered by us directly from any other of Your Accounts (including any other Duplicate Account); or

Do you get the refund? Or all your balance being forfeited?
If you think that you did not break this term as what they accuse you, I suggest you to open a scam accusation thread.
This way may help you to get a better solution because of the power of this forum.

The casino only leave 6mbtc in my account which was the amount i added with my last deposit. The terms say they will refund all deposits but they did not, i think it is just excuse.

I asked how i broke rule 4.5 but they just sent same email with no explanation, i definitely only have one account here because i only saw it this week!
