In the last 2 years ICO has gone upto peak level with many projects.
Now ICO market is completely gone because of 90% projects fallen into scam category.
Many startups made huge money and in return they pay nothing.
So whats new these days as a trusted token offering model?

IEO have been die too because many coin listed on IEO have lower price after listing, now looking for with new investment kind and STO maybe have chance to get profit later, but many investor don't know about what is STO and how this investment working, many people now have many chance to get profit with bitcoin and altcoin investment.

Your right ICO is already gone due to 90% of scam and stolen investors money so, now investors not gonna believe ICO's due to those reasons now trend for IEO's but there also problem lot of pump and dump coins are launching IEO's under crypto exchanges so there is no guarantee for our funds in crypto because of those issues. So better to understand before going to invest any ICO or IEO or STO we have to cross check  those projects are genuine or not in any of those platforms.

It looks like you were in hibernation or arrived from the past, jumping all the year 2019 in which the IEO was at the peak of popularity, which is now at its lowest level.
It is difficult to say which species will be popular in the future, I think it will depend primarily on the state in which the cryptocurrency market will be located.

Name of the offering doesn't really matter, everything can fail. Securities can be from shifty companies and most exchanges won't take any responsibility for scams, so ieo is only good for instant dump now.

IEO is just ICO with exchanger. And whether it's STO or IEO, it is still not guarantee that the project will succeed if the investors did not support it well or if the dev team sis not manage it well or if the public community can't find it useful or relevant to them. There are a lot of factors playing not just the nature of the project. Very few survive the market because some only consider one facet of the project. ICO is indeed fading compared to IEO with more sense of security.

I agree but ieo has more chance to become successful than ico. Ico is already dead and IEO becomes the alternative to have crowdfunding which gives lesser risk or to at least decreace the chance for a project to scam their investors.
But then again, as you said, it is still not guarantee the success, there is no investment such that. There is still some who succeed and fail as well.

Can't really say if IEO projects will become successful in the future because investors still has issues to their KYC policy and there are still few investors who wants to invest in new projects nowadays because IEO is still kow in exchanges., but definitely IEO has become more successful than ICO.

As I have said, IEO has more chances to become successful and not "will become successful in the future". Even in IEO's, there is still no guarantee for success, as you have said, investors are having issues especially for requiring them to undergo KYC.

Everything is at risk, there's no really assurance at all, if you want to earn you really need to take risk, so just choose the better IEO project that you think has a potential to grow and not just because the promise that they will have a great price and you will earn more profit. It is not like that, so better to do extensive research before taking risk of your money.

ICO days has come to an end and I think STO has passed its time as well as it was first introduced before IEO. As for now IEO is making a little bit of a hype for  projects as it you gives a glimpes of tokens being in the exchanges already while the projects are raising funds for it to be completely out of the market and rendering services for crypto community

Let's see what will be the next trending fund raising in the upcoming year/s, if IEO will still exist or it will be just like ICO that vanishes over time, for STO, it's not that good too as it is hard to comply so the project founders find it very hard so they choose IEO over it, and now let's see what will be the next hit.

no one really believes it yet. most new projects are deceptive lately. I don't want to be stuck on a project that ultimately makes me lose. ICO, STO, IEO are all the same. I better save my money and invest in other real projects, of course the more profitable.

I think all fraudulent projects that raised money will disappear from the market. And those that stay well will grow up so well. Maybe in the future, ICO will be trending again.

ICO is dead, that's for sure. I haven't seen an ICO completely sold out their tokens. IEO are now in trend but I think it will going to end soon. STO will be the future if all the governments will legalize this kind of offering. Huge investors are looking into this kind of offering because tokenization is the future.

IEOs are definitely the next stage in token sales, but even those are not able to bring good profit nowadays. In my opinion, it is better to stay out of the market and wait until further improvements, because right now the whole picture is pretty disappointing.

If you are serious investor and security is your concern (we want secure tx obviously) IEO is better option than STO. But if you have large budget and if you life real live structure in crypto industry, STO is better. As a crypto trader I prefer IEO. ICO is past now. For me there is nothing new, I stopped investing in any of these crowdfunding I've been burned, several times and even if the crowdfunding model looks good there is no guaranty that the developer will stay on their roadmap, everything lies on the persistency of the developers even if it is launched via ICO.

IEO has been working very well lately, I mean there are layers of why it is working so great, doesn't mean all those coins that came out of IEO will be good, most of them are not but at least they are getting funding very easily compared to ICO companies. The first reason is, you do not have to pick which coin you want to invest or you don't even have to do any research, binance lists a new coin on IEO and you go invest into that (with the hopes it will profit) but know that it will be listed, either on binance itself one day but surely on DEX part where there are worse coins.

Secondly you know it will be listed so you know you will get rid of it quickly, most investors wants to fund during cheap prices and sell as soon as it is listed high and make a quick profit. There are plenty of reasons but mainly it is just so much easier and riskless, still some risks but much much less compared to ICO's.

It is not completely true that 90% of the projects were fraudulent.
It is true that they have failed and have lost their value, but most of them have collapsed both because of the general distrust of the market in altcoins (even good projects have lost) but above all due to the inability of managers.

It's true that ICO has phased out and replaced by IEO. Funny enough scam projects still sprout via IEO which is now trending, we just have to be careful which token sale we get involved in. There is a new model IMO(Initial Model Offering) , but after careful studies, I don't think it will be a long term solution since 90% of tokens purchased via IMO get locked which are released gradually for a year. Maybe a more regulated version of token sale will curb this.

ICO and IEO are partially going down so I don't think it will rise again as people no longer trust the system but we may have another pattern of selling or regulation will take care of everything.

You are right almost two years over ICO days but still not need to worry about it because their is IEO system so we can got it. Actually it is not completely satisfied to all exchange IEO will be good their are popular exchange always good so we can invest after analysing.
