for now, IEO is still the most interesting substitute for ICO. to be honest, if there is a system more than IEO, people will side with it, because investors will choose the best, and safest system. hopefully, the future sales system can make the initial sales system become like 2017.

The main problem of all fundraising and issuing new tokens campaigns is the high level of fraud among them. The second problem is the long decline in the altcoin market. If the second problem eventually resolves itself, then the first, in my opinion, can be solved with the help of organizational state regulation of this type of activity. This is the only way to solve the problem of fraud and protect investors. After that, ICO projects will regain their popularity.

investor's view of the new project has become bad. more fraud than successful projects. not a development fundraising system that is needed. but there are many serious and really good projects. if a lot of good projects are offered, the crypto market will run in a better new season.

ICO is dead and long buried and IEO is fast fading too except for few good exchange who try to HYIP some projects and make investors have some level of confidence in the project. Many IEO did a huge scam in 2019 and this makes people to loss interest in new project.

I suggest to forget IEO in such an exchange. there are many good quality exchanges that you can follow developments from that exchange. there have been many fraudulent projects and I do not recommend to follow the exchange.

IEO is still working very well, so we still don't need new forms of sales. The IEO will work well if the bull market starts and many investors are interested in newer projects. Before you can resolve the problem of the long decline in the altcoin market you will have to resolve the high level of scammers that are on the altcoin market and since I do not really see a way to solve that issue because this market was created with the intention of allowing everyone that wants it to create their own coin if they have a good idea then this means that we are going to keep seeing scammers being in control of the altcoin market and icos are never going to be as popular as they were.

It was always like this. more than 90% of the projects were considered scams. And the community is also guilty about it. Even during the bullish run in 2017, people were investing in the projects that were scam for sure. But they were supporting them to make some profit.

From our current situation we have, it does actually take over ICO. It becomes effective and they were able to gather expecte investors, but it seems that it is only effective during the earlier runs. Right now, IEO's is becoming more like ICO. Many people sees that IEO will have the same fate as ICO's. Hopefully that it will not.

Right, but even IEO was being targeted by this scammers. I think both ICO, STO and IEO are to be stopped and need other means of funding projects. Investors nowadays are aware of this schemes and are cautious about this money.
