Here in my country lottery has been legally implemented by credible persons, and was operating according to regulations ammended by the law. Are there other types of lottery? I mean, the concept is you trying to guess the right number out of millions and billions of combinations. In our country lottery is also legal and managed by the government. But again, millions of people buy those lotteries and so you winning chances is next to zero. And there are people who from years being buying the lotteries and we know the end result what it would be.

Idk why people are still betting on the lottery albeit the obvious fact that winning the jackpot is highly elusive even if you bet millions of combinations in it. I don't know what the bank will do if they know that their members used the account from that bank. Maybe the banks will investigate the account and report it to the government as gambling in Indonesia is not allowed. If the site has made an agreement with the Indonesian government and the banks, I think they will allow the site to run the gambling business for Indonesian people.
