Centralized products in the decentralized space. That's the only issue.

I mean, we are roaring about decentralized space where everyone can be their own bank, control their own money and have a total freedom but In fact, there are lots of centralized product like exchanges that people mostly use. It is indirectly give them power to control everything. That's how people behind centralized exchanges can easily make a drama and playing with the news to make people fear or whatever they wish.

While some projects are really needed something like this, there might be a downside for investors side as the project may do exit scam without us knowing or seeing any signs as they hold or freezes our account in certain time. This is good if their is other entity involved like escrow or government officials that can secured the security or legalities of the project being able to do their promise product well.

For investors the main problem that I see right now theres a lot of new project that turning to scam so you need to be csreful before putting your fund to any altcoin project, second for traders the number one problem that I encounter is the volatility of the market meaning in only a short period of time your money can be grow or easily liquidated also dont be greedy during trading.

I usually have the trouble of putting money into crypto but keep needing it more and more with horrible inflation and other stuff. I mean I personally want to keep saving more and more bitcoin but it just doesn't happen, I need to make more money to be able to save more money but even if I make more money than I spend more money.

Scammers and hackers usually made people afraid to store their money in exchanges. Maybe it has correlation about security. My hope maybe some big exchanges not get attacked and make their security stronger or maybe data of the users is not easily leaked like what in news that Poloniex user data leaked. For me, high risk is not a problem in every trader, because of course all trades have risks, it depends only on what we want to choose. The main problem now is security, hacking, scam, well that is the big problem now. If we look back 2 years, the condition of crypto is declining so fast, and this is caused by various aspects indeed but the biggest aspects are on the 3 things above.

Yeah high risk is not a problem since it is a twin of tradings since we got a huge chances to lose for single wrong movement we do and to avoid such losses or maybe to minimize it maybe it's best to select the best platform to trade and learn the possible best entries together with chart reading since for this doings or methods we can minimize the risk to lose our money, History is really helpful and we can use that to gather data and to win in the present time.

High risk is just a small part in trading but the big factors are those barriers that causes harm in trading. You're right, scammers, hackers, wrong addresses are the main reason why there are traders who suffers from huge losses in their accounts and that's what we should focused on before anything else. Decentralized system may have such deficiencies. For me, the biggest problem is that newcomers want to trade directly, and this often results in regret. So if you are an aspiring crypto trader, you need to observe and learn a lot before starting any trade. But you can apply some of your learnings by using small amount of money, which is like a disposable money to you. Crypto trading has a lot of differences as compared to stocks trading. Since the volatility of the price is very common, you need to study the alts that you want to get involved with. Many are disappointed in crypto, because a lot of them have the perception that they can easily get rich but the reality, it's not.

Security will depend on the exchange itself. If they can protect their site from any attacking, and they can prevent the attacking, then the exchange doesn't have to worry about that. I am sure the exchange will securing their site from the hacker, and they will do their best to protect the member's account. The hardware wallet will be our responsibilities because if we cannot give protection to that hardware, then our assets will be stolen by people who know about our assets. All in all, we need to protect our assets in exchange or private wallets, so we can minimize the chance of being hacked by hackers.
