Volatility is the most issue that a trader must face and surpass. We need to go with the flow of this uncertain market for us to dont lose to much in our trades, next thing is the hackers that can steal our money, even big exchange has been hacked but they  need to resolve it and strenghten their security the website must be an anti ddos exchange.

You're certainly right about what you said but i will like to clarify something that one can surpass crypto volatility and whats is needed is to learn how to make something good out of every trend the market posed.
Nevertheless, the major problem both crypto investors and traders need to learn how to thrive through it or have the require knowledge to make the best out of it are coin selection, time (buying/selling period), how to keep their investment save.

Volatility cannot be taken as an issue it is the nature of this market. You should find the solutions of your challenges in the business. Instead of pointing out the negative parts of a trade try to develop the skills in yourself so that you can easily face that challenge. Very obviously, time management, good decisions and a good command over knowledge can make you a good trader.

It would be all in all for you to be considered as a good trader if you do really know how to handle up yourself in all trends which you can utilize those movements for you to make money.
You dont care on whats the current trend of the market and as long you do know to scalp and made such good decisions on taking profit or stop loss then
this market wont really be that a problem for you.Volatility is the main problem but also this is the main reason why investors/traders is here because if there were no movement

Even how good at you on the analytical aspects, it won't gain good results when you can't manage the actual situation. Technical analysis will provide us proper approach to the possible struggles you might be facing. You need to be more smarter instead of ranting at every circumstances, because if you surpass those challenges I know someday we will get the rewards after all.

I think that is best solution, i am not say that we shouldn't support new project. But in fact there are only a few project that can be considered success and it is easier to people to just avoid it or maybe keep support old coins. And maybe scammer, or security of exchange and wallet must be concerned too.

which turned out to be a scam group. Because of this both traders and investors should be able to avoid scammers. Traders should not

Maybe an easier way getting into the market could be better for people all around the world. Crypto itself is still very difficult to purchase all around the world, maybe for USA its easy, or maybe for bigger European nations it is still easy, but what we should not forget is that it is quite difficult for many third world nations and even some developing nations as well.

For example, I had a friend who couldn't even get bitcoin because it was so difficult for him to buy it, so he just worked for it and saved it on his free time instead and that became more profitable for him. I know it is not a problem "traders" faces because traders suggests you already have crypto, but ease of buying and selling could become a bit easier, not just exchanges but could be one stop shop where you can buy and sell without using a third party to get buyers and sellers together.

Even if there are whales or the manipulators in the market, we can still make profit in the market. In every type of financial markets, there are manipulators. I do not know why there are traders that blaming the whales when they lose in trading. We can still avoid major dump if we have proper risk and management where we have automated stop loss to cut our positions immediately.

but if you bet when the market is being manipulated then I think it needs accuracy, pump price movements will quickly and end up in a dump. if you are able to be in that condition then I think it will be fine, but if you are not able to better stay away. especially if we know there is manipulation in it.

Sadly you cannot avoid the market manipulators because they're everywhere, the only thing that we could do is learn their behavior and follow their movement so we could get profits from it.

The major challenge I can pin point is the one of hacks...insecurity as a whole. Almost everyone is vulnerable to hacks because you can't be 100% safe from hack. Even the strongest of the wallets can be hacked. Recently,  we've heard cases of wallets and exchanges being hacked. This is just terrifying and alarming.

The issues most lf the was about security loss of funds and actually scammers and high risk are given already so it is on our ownselves how can we avoid or not totally avoid but we can do something about it by doing our research and being not to much confident with the site or any exchange. We should know how to handle and protect our investment.

Staying too late to a new increase usually could be the most common thing probably. I know its wrong and I have never done it myself but there are soooo many traders that see a coin go up %40 and end up buying that, why would you buy a coin when it increases? Like shouldn't you actually try to focus on buying it BEFORE it goes up and sell after it goes up? That is the whole point of trading yet people are not really understanding that logic so they are actually buying after it goes up insanely and that ends up being a bad investment obviously since the price goes down instead of keep going up after that most of the time.

I personally think that people should focus on buying when a coin goes down (but a good coin, not some small time one) and buy during those days instead.

In my opinion, the issues are existed in all the domains, and it is certain we can overcome them but with giving a lot of efforts and learning from the previous mistakes or errors in the right way.
Plus, the greediness is one of most widespread issues in the field of trading, and it is true that votalitily in the market has a negative effect on the traders/investors, but it is not the main issue to be honest. Unfortunately, most of people prefer giving excuses and complaining especially when they fail and lose their money.

I think security is the biggest problem.  Part of that is the ignorance of the newbies that don't know how to secure their private keys.  Part of it is the exchanges that keep shutting down and taking investor's money.

there are many problems faced by traders, investment certainly can not be separated from the risks, every trader has a different problem, for example the absence of a complete indicator, the presence of fake volume, and many other problems, but the most common problem is risk management, mental psychology too scared or too greedy.

What do you mean by "the absence of a complete indicator"?
