Bitcoin will do well, but so will altcoins. Once the market gets media attention again, I predict everyone will get in to "get another chance" at making some money.

What's more important these days is decentralization. The past 6 months, we've seen TONS of centralized exchanges doing either shady things, (Enforcing KYC, freezing/banning accounts), and let's not forget the exchange hacks!

Decentralized Exchanges (DEX's) will surely take off in the future, allowing people to trade peer 2 peer with no middleman inbetween.

This is just one of the many altcoins, that will surely go through a nice run.

Bitcoin prices will slowly go up and I believe Bitcoin will touch 15K in this year 2020. besides that I also hope Altcoin can follow the price of Bitcoin because this year I want to see the market go to back green again after all this time in red for quite a long time. for now I see the price of Bitcoin in a period of increase and it is not difficult for Bitcoin to reach 15K on this year.

As per your tittle and it will happen for bitcoin to hit 15k in 2020. We have seen bitcoin is growing from 4k to the above 10k just in a few months and that looks possible to happen anytime. Just hope that the bitcoin can keep this trend until the end of the year and 15k looks so easy to be reached by bitcoin but btw it looks like the growth of bitcoin is following the growth of gold too.

I'm pretty sure it won't smooth as you think to reach 15k there will be hundres corrections before reach that price because right now people are always taking a little profits and instantly sell their investment. So i think reaching that price will need halving first and the media should make the good news about crypto and it will bring back btc price to it's throne

The interesting thing for me about this latest mini-rally is that it was alts that started it.

ETH and particularly XRP rose significantly, before Bitcoin eventually started to rise too, whereupon BTC sucked money from alts, which as a consequence have now slowed their rises significantly as BTC pulls money from the rest of the market.

The fact that alts started the rise suggests to me that market confidence is increasing and alts are underpriced right now.

agree with you. Today January 8. Bitcoin has reached $ 8,300. this gives an indication that bitcoin is slowly starting to enter the bullish area. and bitcoin has ended in falling prices. Bitcoin halving will take place in a few months. and I'm sure bitcoin will easily reach $ 15k. we'll see the effect of halving. optimistic thinking, it will be achieved.

last year in 2019 second quarter,Bitcoin Reached $14k(almost) and that year happens without Bitcoin Halving,so what we can expect for this year when month of May is neer to come?

Well it can reach $15000 but the possible time where it might happen is in the last quarter of this year 2020 because the halving will not take effect or pump bitcoin's price soon as the halvening is done but if we will not see it this year im sure it will be in the first quarter of 2021 but in this year i suspect bitcoin to still have a price pump but not because of the halving but because we are getting cryptocurrency more mainstream as companies starts to consider crypto in their projects.

definitely it will,and i am looking for much higher at least 25-30k$?nothing bad if we try to be more positive and opinionated right?the past 2 years had been very hard for all of us but now that the Halving is on the way?then there is more chance of achieving higher that what we had recorded in 2017 .

Yeah, not only can we hit $15,000, but we could easily end up surpassing it. In the heat of the next bull run, we could very well see $30,000 or more as a new all time high this time around. I think with the halving coming up and news of the 100% return on in investment last year coming out, we'll start seeing the price really ramp up and hopefully hit new all time highs this year.

Of course, we are always on the positive side since we are crypto enthusiasts. I believed that bitcoin will reach on that price this year may be in the last quarter of this year. But this speculation will remain speculation, we really dont know what will possibly happen to Bitcoin price.
In short, it's an unpredictable thing. We should be always prepared on possible bull run and accumulate while holding is the best decision as of now.
