there were approximately 9,300 full nodes on the Bitcoin network, responsible for broadcasting and verifying Bitcoin transfer transactions.
The number of full nodes you mentioned is an approximate number for Supernodes.
As for the total number of full nodes (the non-listening nodes) or (the nodes that check the correctness of the blocks): I do not think that they are about 100,000 nodes, but I think that the number is much lower, as I remember in one of the sites that they are less than 60,000 full nodes all over the world.
Also, we cannot accurately calculate the whereabouts of these nodes.
