Those DT members ARE abusing his account in the context that their scamming is OKAY but his presenting some guides they claim are plagiarised are worthy of red trust and a ban. Besides plagiarism is NOT a red trusting issue it is for the mods to take care of. SO again it is outside of the boards protocol and is abuse.
To set sensible punishment (which is what lauda starts adding to this thread) the full context of wrong doing here and the punishment given for that should be raised to discuss appropriate and consistent options for the punishment.
