The individuals have to pass the KYC later on because we are going to add the security part of the project when the real-world projects will be implemented. (projects like the vertical farm, real estate and so on will bring dividends to the participants which will require some kind of validation). You're right. Some teams that recently held IEOs on smaller exchanges have not sold many tokens and raised only a few BTC/ETC/USDT coins. On the other hand, listings on such exchanges are cheaper, so people can trade tokens as soon as IEO is completed. In my opinion, the project should be widely advertised in order to succeed, therefore the bounty campaign and tokensale should be carried out simultaneously. Nowadays, traders scrupulously research and inspect each project they want to invest in. I think the Geoma DAO looks promising. Good luck, team.

We have to really choose the bourse for IEO if the origin is random or in a low bourse then the project will raise its promotion instead it will be left in the community if it is not as expected.

They will decide to choose IEO at one of the exchanges in Coinmarketcap and this will definitely determine everything at this project. I just hope IEO at the exchange has good liquidity because it's the best place to develop this project. If they do not, this project will soon be forgotten and many FUD news will continue to appear here so please consider before deciding to invest.

yes if they can enter a large exchange in their IEO, then I am sure of your words, to get a profit, but if they enter a market that is less interested in the community in the IEO program I am not sure about profits, unless there are alternative ways to do to get advantages (other than IEO)

Ok appreciate your response regarding my post. thank you. however, you need to attached those profile links on your website itself as they will first check the website and not read all the contents of this thread. this reply of yours will be piled upon by other posts and very few will know that these links exist. on the other hand, attracting potential DAO members would really be your tough challenge as people are now very careful with blockchain project. You are right that crypto users are not very trusting anymore as compared 3 years ago, that is because they were burned by scam projects and lost a lot of money. if you can actually make your objectives real here, people will slowly notice your project. and that would take time. you need patience and initial resources to continue this project, that is if you really want to make your platform a reality someday. why not tap potential private investors also?

You can always tell the difference in a telegram community full of bots and that which actually have real members, in a community where we have up to 5k members and yet only one or two people are active is certainly a bot filled community, an active genuine members still remains the best to sustain a project, but unfortunately is this part of requirement, exchanges only want to see huge community with little or no activities, don't matter much to them.

You should all understand the following:If we would have wanted the same old business model ,we would have gone to the Bank and with EU funding we could build a Vertical Farm in no time.Its just a bit of paper work.The thing is that we don't want to work for Banks .Because this is what will happen.Will we get handsome salaries?Sure.But until a loan is paid of you work for the establishment.A real DAO, and i mean founded from the beginning, solves the asymmetrical  profit distribution.It creates another kind of economy.A socially conscious one.Of course you have to pay taxes, but these will be only a small part from the profit.The rest is distributed directly in the fairest way possible, through a blockchain.The owner of such business will be the DAO ,as an organisation ,represented by one ,two or more members in the real world.It must not be necessarily one of the founders.There are maybe much smarter or more skilled DAO members to do the task.It is legally possible to do so through a notarised act.We also understand that for most people this sounds like utopia .And it is true till the moment someone makes it a reality.This is one of the true use cases of Blockchain:to create a shared economy.What else is there to offer?We do not hold funds.We will use escrow services, at least 3, for max. safety .Should something go wrong ,or we don't get the funds together to get the train moving, everyone gets his amount back, instantly .Same goes for Project tokens.We hold just a small amount and that is for the initial work we did and do.When token sales starts ,they also will be in escrow.Should we vote for one proposal, and these should always come as cashflow creators for the members ,and get the train moving out of the station ,the erc20 Utility token will be swapped with a security token, bearer of partial ownership and benefit rights.The security token will also be backed by a paper form hashed into the blockchain ,as an additional safety measure.As you can see, the internet can go down,or can be censored.We can't think of better safety measures than these, at this time.Maybe someone from the community has another brilliant idea on how to secure funds better.For us ,the highest importance is the backing of the investment with real world assets which produces cashflow.
If we start as a company ,we are incorporated ,meaning that we are restricted.And the show goes on, with a CEO and a board which manages business.These eat up a lot from the profit .They can make decisions regardless of what the smaller investor thinks.They can pay themselves fat bonuses, they can decide that this year there is no dividend payout because it was a "bad year" a.s.o.What use has a blockchain in this perspective?None ,whatsoever.Just a fancy word pegged to a regressive economical structure.

It seems that the Defi projects are the next market trend. A good project is the combination of sincerity + community + development +hype (luck sometimes). We are only on the first stage of GEOMA DAO and we'll surely get more attention when we are going to launch an MVP because we believe that you have to show something to the people before asking for their hard-earned money (which they will hold anyway, even after IEO).
