It's quite a risky rich list to be honest, unless they have ways of compensating coin owners if something unpleasant happens.
A healthy rich list in my opinion would be decentralized rich list. A wealth whale ought to split or have his coin on many addresses. I guess if this can be done easily and automatically, most whales will do it and we won't have much addresses with expensive coins.

Liquidity is not the only indicator of this. We all know how exchanges use liquidity to their advantage, artificially inflating it. And I'm sure almost every one of these exchanges does this.

If I had this much I would go somewhere and enjoy for the rest of my life.

After some digging I must say That I'm agree with this guy
107,848 BTC worth $? million was transferred for a fee of about $194! The transaction was traced back to the Luxembourg-based crypto exchange company Bitstamp. The exchange was apparently moving the funds to a cold storage wallet held by the institutional crypto custody company Xapo.

If it's above a thousands, you are a whale and when we have less than 0.1BTC, we were called a shrimp.

I think you already have the answer for your question and it's not a single person that owns the most but it's a company, an exchange.
