More than likely, they don't have anything to do with Visa or any collaboration with Visa. Better remove the word Visa as they will be infringing its use. But neither of them has close connection with Visa.

Basically, this looks to be yet another DEX fork - it's the only explanation for this feature "You own and control your wallet and private keys" that I can come with - supported by "No single point of failure". Oh, these advertisers, first they fantasize and make announcements with new generations of blockchains, then as in this project, they write big names in the project name. I'm afraid to imagine what the ICO will look like at the end of 2020 and what the projects will do to attract funds.
