Is BCH, BSV more profitable than Ethereum?

I don't know what happened with the Ethereum, why this coin's price is not growing that much? Without Bitcoin pumping, Ethereum can't grow a bit. Where BCH or even BSV price keeps pumping like the bull run! Now, 1 BSV coin's price is more than double of 1 Ethereum. I am a holder of Etherem, but day by day I am being frustrated by holding it, it's price is far lower than 200 USD! Unbelievable. What do you think guys? Should I convert my ETH into BSV or BCH for more profit?

It's because ETH has competitions today as compare to 2017. And then we have projects dumping their ETH as well. As far as BCH or BSV, pretty obvious mate, pump and dump with some shady person behind it. So it's just an artificial pump, of course it looks good in paper, but in the long run, it will just fall back, even worst before the pump.

Just continue to hold on your ETH, still one of the best altcoin out there. Just be accustomed to the worsening market conditions but it won't last long, we have the bitcoin block halving, the effect might has a domino effect to the alt market this year, so ETH might get pump.

None of ETH competitors you which i also agreed are increase in number than the year mentioned was able hinder ETH from experiencing surge in price nor able to theive than ETH.
@hirngespenst, what i understand is that before the bullish market of altcoin happen, bitcoin market  usually lead for some weeks before investors gain strong confidence in the market which will lead to huge traffic and altcoin bullish market. Therefore any altcoin that make any pump before the investors confidence about the market come confirmed is definitely bull trap.

You know they say, don't chase the bulls. If you buy bsv now, you will most likely lose the profits that eth could give and might become the victim of dump in coin you bought .

Btw, eth is up from $140ish to $170 since you posted this thread.

Ethereum is a good and potential coin, we can say that Ethereum is the best currency in altcoins. But at the present time, Ethereum is facing a lot of troubles, the ICOs issued on the Ethereum platform are mostly junk and fraud that greatly affects the reputation of Ethereum.
Besides, the delay of upgrading 2.0 also made investors' confidence decline seriously.

The profitability of investing in any altcoin whether Ethereum or Bitcoin Cash all depends on the investment plan and strategies you have as a cryptocurrency investor.  With a good investment plan and strategy, a small change or increase in the market value of any altcoin you invest in can produce a good amount of profit no matter the altcoin you are investing in. Its all about the investment plan and strategy not the coin you are investing in.

It is true that sometimes what we need is to find a gap or opportunity for a coin to be able to make a profit, we need to determine which coins we think have a great chance to increase later and we need to determine at what point we will buy the coins. if you feel that this is manipulation, you just have to make use of what happened. however, prices still go up high. if you have assets before the manipulation, you have done the right thing. BCH, BCH SV, ETH, and others, has become a coin that is very calculated to get profit long ago.

If you switch to BSV may have to consider again even though the current price of BSV is higher than ethereum this might just last a moment, and if you keep Ethereum I'm sure you will get the profit as soon as you Expect though we have to wait and do not know when it is time to happen but I believe all will be repeated like in 2017, and all this depends on our individual beliefs.

We need to consider every decision we will make later and for myself to move from eth to bsv and bch I don't think it is the right decision but if we see an opportunity from bch and also bsv then investing in it is the right decision. If me, i will keep stay with ETH. I mean, i think pump and dump coins is something that commong in market. If BCH/BSV look more profitable than ETH, then it is their time to pumped. But only need time for ETH to pump in future. I always think about that when see other coins that i hold increased in price.

Ethereum stay focus to up grade system, so they can handle send - receive - record many data in second. If we see from ethereum journey, developer focus in system they not worry about price, volume and negative news. They keep going to increase powerful system and function to handle users transactions. BCH and BSV movement is only correction, you should replace your trust stay with ethereum. Second coin after bitcoin always has bigger chance to rise than other coin, you only need to wait, be patient.

If I have to choose between Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Ethereum (ETH) and BSV, then I prefer BCH and Ethereum as my long-term investment. Maybe in recent days the price of BSV has gone up but in my opinion it's only a short and short term. Ethereum and BCH are more reliable after some time ago there was a conflict in BSV

Ethereum has far more utility than both BSV and BCH combined.

Very people people actually use BSV or BCH for spending, they are mostly used for speculation.

Because of this, ETH is still the best bet for long term growth. The other two are just growing due to recent extreme volatility, it'll die down soon and you can now see BSV is down 33% since reaching its peak earlier this week.

No, it is not unbelievable. Ethereum will increase someday, and you don't have to frustrate. But if you don't want to wait for more, you can sell your ethereum right now without waiting for the price increase. But you should not regret if someday, you see ethereum price increase because you decide to sell it right now.

BCH and BSV increase, but we don't know if that coin still like that in the future, and I guess that coin gets pump and dump, but that coin still following with bitcoin price.

Converting Eth to Bitcoin SV or BCH is not a good idea, it's not about a weakening of one coin but, on selling a coin with good potential, why not retain it and just have both coins, we are talking about the number two coin in the market, and I'm not going to leave a number two coin because of this reason when it always deliver in the past.

As of now, BSV holders had gained profit than ETH holder, I do not think we can tell indefinitely which on is profitable because market changes from time to time.  So the question regarding profitability depends on the current movement of market, if that so then I can say BSV is quite profitable to those who bought it before the huge pump these last days.  But it can be profitable today but will incur loss tomorrow.

It seems that he wants to see ETH grow rapidly like BSV, this altcoin has increased by over 300% in just one day. BSV is a heavily manipulated altcoin so whales can easily pump and dump quickly, but ETH has a lot of holders and is not manipulated too much so the price will not grow like that. And I agree with you, holding ETH is always a good choice, although there is not much profit compared to other altcoins but certainly we will not have to fall victim to the pumps and dump.

If you lose faith in ETH and feel that in the future you don't make any more profit from ETH then you should sell to buy BCH or BSV, but I see the pumps for BCH, BSV will probably make many people lose when buying now. The future still exists and ETH will still grow, please be patient.
