It will surely bring a lot of money but I would not suggest that this fight is good for Manny, he is still active in boxing, I think this kind of fight is only good when he already retired in boxing like Mayweather.. people love entertainment but hopefully will choose those who are real boxers and has the title so his journey will continue as one of the oldest boxer in the world that are still active and winning.

Time and time again, Manny Pacquiao has proven and answered all the doubts that he can still fight despite his growing age. Even if Connor McGregor may be the younger player, the experience that Pacquiao has on the ring is unparalleled. pacquiao is still hot in the boxing arena as younger fighters are clamouring for a match. is it for the take home pay or they want to beat the legend or both? The main reason Khabib is refusing to rematch is because of the huge drama and the negativity surrounding the pre fight drama Conor might create.
Realistic possibility for Conor McGregor is that he will be going against Nate Diaz for the trilogy and that will be another huge pay per day for Conor.

The answer on this could be down to simply the reach of either opponent to hit the other without putting themselves in danger of KO from the opponents superior skill.     This is the Boxers backyard so they should be winning it if they can avoid any complications.

it has been shared in the above post that this fight could potentially generate $250 million and it could make more defending on how aggressive they'll do the marketing, so when there's big money on the pot, fighters would never ever decline this once in a life time opportunity.

I doubt it would even be attractive for anybody to bet on.

Only delusional MMA fans could possibly think McGregor has any more than a 1% chance of winning. So they'll just throw their money away if they bet.

Likewise, I doubt they'll give tasty odds for Pacquiao to win, probably something like 1/50 or so. Nobody is going to take up those odds.

There is always a possibility, if the audience give a great reaction to the possible McGregor vs Pacquiao fight, this might happen. Boxing is all about business now a day.  The match goes to where the profit is.  So, let's not lose hope on this one.

Will be depends from how good the promoters will work with it, though there's already names that possibly being match against Pacquiao
but the chance still possible since this kind of fight is for entertainment and not really for any title if the promoters will able to get this two
camps to sign the contract then the fight will happen.
