suggested adding it several months after the topic was created, and he only applied it to flyp.me.
I don't think that you can assume that everyone is reading the ToS before using the services.
But everyone should do this before using anything, it's a matter of responsibility and due diligence. We can't complain if we haven't read "a contract" before using it. It's like if you take out a loan at the bank, don't you read the terms?
And if you all know that then why is this information not shared before listing all services?
Because it's something usual that most of us are used to, it's something well-known (but apparently not enough).

For me this is clearly false informations. Change it or make it explicit that they could ask for KYC.
