Philippines is one of those countries who largely support cryptocurrency and I heard one of their celebrity (sports) have created his own cryptocurrency which is called PAC Token. I don't know much about it but with him involve in cryptocurrency, there's a high chance that he is using Bitcoin too even though it's not public yet, probably to avoid unnecessary attention.

Philippine maybe have legal using bitcoin as digital currency payment and give opportunity for celebrities want to promote bitcoin in television as advertising way, but many country in the world not legal using bitcoin and not available for making bitcoin as advertising with social media television and look hard to get allowed permission from government.

realy  ? thats a genius idea   . they heard that bitcoin is a kind of currency that cant be taxed so they use it to avoid tax but i think tax evasion is a serious crime and there are charges when you are caught that you are guilty  but whats good with bitcoin is that its not traceable so they still in a safe place , not unless if they will transact outside using thier bitcoin and some authorities caught them  .  still if they are popular and have a big income, i think they still pay some taxes as that would be obvious  .

Though it's not that popular yet even in our country but this will also influence other celebrities to know and participate in some crypto activities. Especially Manny Pacquio whose popular in the whole world. There might be more celebrity who will follow Manny's step and hope they are promoting a legit projects too.

Thats almost automatic if someone is engaged into cryptocurrency most probably they haave their own btc in their wallet. You cannot engage into something without possessing the most important thing that is related to the subject. Yeah right, I also think that tax is the main reason. Just like in my country, the tax institutions in my country chase celebrities and artists because most of them have luxurious lifestyles, therefore tax activists always oversee celebrity finances. But on the other hand I am very confident that some celebrities in my country secretly use bitcoin to avoid taxes.
