Here's the thing here, since you decided to invest your money in bitcoin, you should have consider in the first place that for your money to grow and produce profit, you should accept the fact that it should be invested for a long time. you dont have other option but to decide quickly because now the value of bitcoin is falling and if you think that the amount now is enough for your needs then better sell it now all,but if you only need some amount then better leave the other percent inside your wallet and just withdraw the needed.

You can just make speculations, no one has a real answer of it. The price of Bitcoin changes suddenly, so you cannot exactly predict what will happen. If I make assumption on its past progress, I would suggest that you should hold it because it will give you benefit in this way. Well it's complicated, sorry we can't predict the future,anyway I was in the same situation like you that I needed money so bad and didn't want to sell my bitcoin, I guess this is something that most people have to do including myself, allocate some money and storing them as an emergency fund. So when something happens in real life and we need money so bad we can use that emergency fund and not gonna sell our investment.

At what price you bought bitcoin? If it’s around  8000$ then surly it’s not a good time to sell bitcoin. I don’t know why you are waiting for 21 Feb. If you can wait till coin halving then I recommend wait till for it.

Why do you want to sell it now? You still have 1 month before you need that money, so you can trade to make a profit with 1.2 BTC you currently have. Do not sell BTC at this time because the current price is falling and you will lose money if you sell them. If you can not trade, you can borrow money from relatives to spend. If you sell it will surely be a mistake and you will regret it when the price of BTC increases in the near future.

sometimes we have to decide on the spot than to ask for some idea because there are many things might come from the advisers that will lead us to other thinking mate.so sell it now before we fall to bellow $6,000 again like last year in the second quarter.

If you need the money on February 22nd, why should sell bitcoin now. Because there is a possibility next month bitcoin goes up to $ 10k.

That's why only investing in Bitcoin with the amount that you can afford to lose.
I ever in your situation, it's quite annoying, when after I withdraw my bitcoin the price tends to go up, there is regret at that time.
Now I divide my portion of bitcoin partly for investment and partly for spending.

You need to calculate your Bitcoin from the price you bought, if you think sell now is gain profit or at least if you sell your bitcoin now, you have nothing to lose, then sell it right now is better option.

My anticipation for the future is holding until the halving event shows a positive trend.
