You can hold until next month if you are not being afraid of lossing money during the hold event. Even though it's pumping right now, there is a chance the price would be going down because that's a behavior, so be aware of that. If you are afraid for that, then it's your decision to sell it.

when i need money, i will sell 2-3 day before x day, when i need much money i will sell 3+ day because it take time to get right price like what i want, and sometime i sell about how much i need.
if i need to sell 1.2btc, i will sell in a small portion in one week before x day

We usually look for ways in order to make sure profits will come into our hands with investment on cryptocurrency such as bitcoin, but I do think we could earn profits weekly because upon observing the market, I saw that it mostly increases on monday, so instead of diversifying your investment why don't your try to invest every friday night, and sell every money next week? Though, what I mean is for you to utilize stable coins in order to make sure profits will be with you.

Well you're the only one who can answer this. How much did you buy your btc btw? If you think the price of btc is acceptable to sell and you already gain then its up to you if you want to sell. Actually some investors now are accumulating because of the halving, many are thinking the price will rise after that event hence dont sell all your btc if you can.

Im bullish for the price of btc thus im assuming the market will turn better and there's an increase for btc price though there might be a minor recovery. Well we cant predict whats ahead but I'd like to stay positive.

It would be up to you. But I suggest if you will sell that first when the price of bitcoin or the value of it will came into $9,000 because this is the highest peak of the bitcoin right now based on the  speculations and predictions of many people. If you really need the money before the February 22nd then probably it would also be better if you will sell that right now especially that the bitcoin is pumping up, so that you will already converted your bitcoin into a fiat money and you can already use it and save it until February 22nd for your upcoming events that your bitcoin will be spend off.

Depending on how much money you need from your total 1.2 BTC. If you need it all, please sell before the price goes down, if the price goes up, you are lucky. Because no one can predict the price 100% accurately, especially with the conditions you are in need of these funds. But if you only need a few, you can sell some, not necessarily all of them. That's the only advice I can give, daily needs are more important for you before deciding to invest.

Unfortunately, we cannot possibly tell if the price of Bitcoin is going to be higher than the price now, the market is still uncertain and very volatile, only two things you will either regret later for not selling or selling earlier, because the price is moving in an uncertain way, so just withdraw what you can afford and if you can retain some of it, worst time to sell now, but this kind of things happen.

This is indeed a confusing choice, but if I am in your position then I will continue to hold it until February 21, then for the current needs then I will owe money to my immediate family or my friend, after arriving on February 21, I will sell the BTC equivalent of the debt I borrowed.

Bull runs are approaching and we would never know what would happen till 21st of February. If you sold bitcoins and after that the price starts pumping than it would be the largest regret you would ever have. If you are just holding bitcoins and not actually trading with them than you can sell some part of your bitcoins and can hold maximum so that you can bear benefits from the approaching bull markets.

Bitcoins are really going to show us some great price as we already had some visions about it in the mid 2017. Bitcoins have the ability to grow much faster due to their high volatile nature so you could find some better peak to sell off so that you can fulfill your financial needs.

If you really need the fiat and you have no other choice then you have to do what you have to do. In the meantime, you can try to keep expenses down somehow. It will work out better for you, in the end, to try to stretch your last dollar. The date has come and passed so did you sell? How much of it did you need to sell? At least when you need to sell bitcoin is doing well and you not forced to sell during bear season. This happened to me. I hate it so much.

As bitcoin is known for its volatality its difficult to predict the price pumps or dumps in next month .If it Pumps its your luck if it dumps then bad luck so think and decide .If its need of less money then you can borrow some money and use if its so emergency and need more money then you can go for selling bitcoin because than borrowing more you can use your own money without interest, Bitcoin might dump also god knows  ... Think smart and make a move good luck.

I think beside luck, your strategies and the way you work also affects your performance. It is of volatile nature and you cannot exactly predict what will happen but the market trends also give you a hint about the future events. By looking at the present trends I am very hopeful that price will increase further and all those who have invested will get good benefits.

Basically you know exactly whether it's time to sell or not. Because you know in a safe position by comparing it where you buy it, so that when you sell it you can get a higher price, right? if at this time it is above the BEP and you are afraid there will be a decrease again then sell it immediately, if not then keep it and if it will go down then sell before reaching your BEP, as simple as that. DWYOR, all of them can only give advice as far as speculation, so strengthen your mind for whatever decision you make.

If you do not have confidence in long term trading than you can take short term or daily trading as an option.
