Dear vred2905,

We truly understand your frustration.
Could you please get back to the support ticket and provide our specialists with the required information?
Our security department can unblock withdrawals from your account only after the requested info will be provided.

Thanks in advance for your patience and cooperation!

So after this ENTIRE thread you decide to keep doing the shady crap that you're doing, caring 0% about the claims and the voice of the community? Caring 0% about your customers?

Your reply to everything we all said here is the perfect example of "We don't give a f**k what you want. Give us what we need or forget about your money.". Just because you know there are many users joining cryptocurrencies to stay private and anonymous.

This is very disgusting. Hopefully your wallet apps won't last much longer, because this thread will be put right next to all the other threads about your scam in a very beautiful Google Play report by me ASAP. If you don't listen to the community's voice, Google will.

Thank you for your cooperation!

Once a transaction has 6 confirmations, it is extremely unlikely that an attacker without at least 50% of the network's computation power would be able to reverse it.

I feel you, I had the same situation with DOGE recently. But it was too silly of me to blame Freewallet. After providing them all the requested info, my DOGE finally reached the account.

I provided them with all the documents, and there are 2 types, a certificate, screenshots from where the money came from, and each time they ask for something else, I don’t give so many certificates to the bank. They see that I don’t understand in cryptocurrency and ask for something that I don’t have

I used the wallet for payments, withdrew a large amount of dogecoins to it, then I wanted to withdraw it, and my wallet was banned, they asked for documents, I sent everything, they began to ask for incomprehensible screenshots, I also sent them, as a result, my funds remained in the wallet. Do not use this application . You may not get your money back.

Before even downloading and installing any wallet you should have used this forum, reddit and google to check the feedback, of course every wallet/exchange will have sometimes bad/negative comments, but some of them are just bad in most cases, so people should avoid it otherwise they will lose funds and time

I sent all documents. My passport, selfie, ID, bank statement, screenshots... Its my money, ublock my account.
You would provide a bank stuff in a world of cryptocurrency that boosts of near anonymity for a KYC? Gosh! I think that's going too far. Most of these guys sell customers' data to the dark net. Beware.

You shouldn't provide anything to them, it is very dangerous. You can search on google, there were scam reports about them over a year ago. Select services for which you can control private keys.
