What's the feeling on here for VeChain's future?

Hey guys - so wanted to get a sense for what people think about the future of VeChain?

It sure has grabbed a lot of attention since it came onto the scene back in 2017. For a while it seemed every day was something about VeChain. Often new partnerships rumours or announcements were met with joy and hate at the same time.

Fans of VeChain who went crazy trying to spread the word of the new Chinese saviour was met with mods on popular online sites trying to silence them at any given time.


Fast forward a year or so and there is less news about VeChain and more focus on delivering what they sent out to do.


As with the rest of the blockchain projects. It is about delivering value and showing there is something behind the promises, potentials and millions raised in ICOs.


So what is the feeling on here - do we got VeChain lovers and haters on here?

My own two cents: I believe that they will have an integral part in the future, if... proof of concepts can take the next step into year on year live products and services. AND if their blockchain solutions can adapt to future changes, trends and technology needs. I mean who knows exactly what the next gen blockchain will look like and work?


Important part of any future blockchain is:

• for it to work with other blockchains
• work with other data outside of the blockchain data
• for it to be scalable
• trusted, etc.

The jury is still out on all those parts. But right now I'm way more positive than negative about the future. The tech, people, deals and use cases are there for VeChain. Right now.

So what's the thoughts on here for VeChain and its two cryptos - VET and VTHO?

 VET does have a pretty good foundation, but because there are few users, it doesn't have a good community. That's why its price always plummets every time the bears come in. It seems like the community is losing faith in it. but this halving event will help it grow and I'm not too sure about its growth. I predict that the new mining coins are the ones that are most affected when the bitcoin halving event takes place. VET is also quite good but it needs to wait for alts season, when the technology is focused.

I think that they are following the chinese regulations also because this is perfect for tracking products and surveillance. What ever you might think on the Chinese policy on privacy, VeChain has good fundamentals for Chinese regulations in mind.

The biggest question for the long-term really is: does it have a use case?
The answer here is a big yes. So as long as they can get everything else right, they have every chance of being a huge success. I would go further and say others such as Waltonchain also have a great chance. Use case is the single most important factor, if you don't have that, then you don't have a long-term future. Of course you need many other things as well, but use case is the most important.

VEN is actually one of the very few crypto's that you can regard as a business. It has intrinsic value and can make profit as a business. The same cannot be said for the 8000 other cryptos that are floating around purely on speculation. Especially the currency crypto's prices are just based on what other people are willing to give for it and there is no real way to measure their intrinsic value. If you are afraid for a complete Altcoins crash, VEN is one of the few who will survive based on it's partnerships and how it's already running as a solid company.

Vechain is a good altcoin and the development is really solid compared with another coin and this is also a having a good future too. There is no doubt about this coin and it's worth to invest on it. You may wanna take a look at another platform like tachyon too.
