ICO are dead nowadays and I dont think there will be investors investing in ICO as most of them turns into scam or turns worthless when it comes to exchange. If you are referring to Initial exchange Offering which is the trend today then the best exchange for IEO's are Binance, Kucoin, Huobi, Gate and Okex. Don't invest on the IEO that launched on cheap or new exchange, you will lose your investments.
I don't invest for long now in not known projects, even in new projects. It's good to give them chance but how about us when we got scam easily. I prefer to buy them once they are making sound in the market and doing well. ICO and IEO is no longer effective but I hope those projects that are really legit will be given a chance to make it long in the market.

What are some of the best places you can think to hold ICOs, that provide both the investor and the project manager security from fraud, scams so on and so forth?
Some comrades who are here start to put aside the issue of ICO, it is true that ICO has weakened, who knows how long the ICO will continue like this, maybe it's time for IEO. Binance surprised all of us with various offers. Plus the security and comfort provided in each project makes us more confident that IEO is the right choice, while waiting for the ICO to show its charm again.

Yea probably not binance I think that would be overkill personally. So would a ICO build more value into the coin you think?

Why would binance be an overkill?

Its exactly where you should be doing it or to the likes of it such as Gate.io or Kucoin. You don't wanna do it on some inferior exchange which has tons of scam accusations because your team's reputation will also be at risk if you do that. I have no idea what and how much binance will ask to partner with a team though.

ICOs? ICOs are dead.  Cheesy Or you mean IEO? 'cause if you mean IEO then the best place to do that would be on Binance.
Why? It is the most popular cryptocurrency exchange, good trading volume, and any shill post of a project connected to Binance will surely get more attention to it.
But, getting listed on that exchange is very, very difficult to achieve. The project needs to very good for them to even consider listing it.
So if you have plans on doing that, good luck.  Grin
I also did not quite understand the question)) But Binance is also expensive and of high quality. Maybe mrquackquack is interested in order to choose cheaper. And here you are welcome to different projects like https://bq.net/, there you can conduct an IEO type like a CIPX project to pump it up twice and then fix the price collapse from 0.004 USDT to 0.0000023 USDT
https://bq.net/trade/CIPX-USDT

If your project is good you don't need crappy exchange like centralized binance. Don't they ask KYC? A good project can use any method of distribution and still do well. Only a total and complete moron will choose a project based on where it is listed or by the method of distribution. I do agree that having an IEO on an exchange is a good idea but if the project is that good it won't matter and it will eventually be listed.

ICOs are no more mate and ICO can't be launched on exchange, if you want to use ICO to raise fund it will be managed by project owner or team themselves, believe me you will end up with worse results because investors wont invest on ICO

Why? Do you just say whatever you thinking as you think it? If you look at crowdfunding it works well.

Well I'm trying to see where people would feel most comfortable in investing at.

Seriously, it doesn't matter if it's a private sale or ieo or what every you want to call it, that's not the important part.
People want to invest into the projects, the way that offerings happen is secondary.
Write an announcement and a white paper, do your research and tell us what do you want to sell, what does that solve and what's your plan.

There is no need to hold ICO anywhere. You planning to issue a token just announce ICO and raise money. If you are talking about IEO, there are many good exchanges to launch it. Good exchanges are needed to launch IEO even if your project is good and innovative. Launching on Latoken, p2pb2b, may prove to be a bad decision.

Binance IEO should be a wise choice if you want to invest in a project. It has proven over a long time that Binance is strict on approving projects and is one of the great platforms that offer the IEO system. The initial coin offering today is fading or almost dead because investors are choosing the IEO investment than ICO.

Always be wise on the exchange cause not every IEO investment is good, There are many IEO who is failing with their plans. Better invest in the highest probability of success.

IEO is the answer you seeking for, the only thing that stands between dev and investors is exchanges that's launching the fundraising, i suggest only top exchanges to avoid bad results, do not use dex exchanges or new exchanges, this is the only bad side of IEO fundraising, if you choose new exchange you won't raise anything

You should do some research on old projects that raise funds through exchanges, those who come out with good results are from top exchanges, here are lists of good exchanges for raising fund
1) binance
2) gate.io
3) Okex
4) Kucoin

Maybe are you referring to IEO (Initial Exchange Offering) because ICO's day are gone. The safest way to conduct an IEO is Binance but it as hard to launch an IEO there but if you're confident that your project is good why not there is no harm on trying. Look for top exchanges that conduct an IEO that's should be decent but of course, always review exchange reputation; https://www.coingecko.com/en/exchanges

Binance exchange is not the only option, there are many other good top exchanges that have shown their capabilities with old IEO projects for example gate.io, any top exchange is good, the fact is top exchanges have trusted investors because of their high trading volume/liquidity

Bro, can you just stop with your incessant questions about an ICO? It seems like you're trying to start up your own project, but have absolutely no idea what you're doing or any plan to get there.

Instead, you're just crowdsourcing information from a community, most of which know even less than you and are simply spamming to increase their post count....

How about you actually hire a blockchain or ICO consultancy and ask all of these questions to them. If you can't afford to do that, then expect failure.

I'm already sure whatever you produce is destined for failure just by how little effort you're actually putting into this.

I think the best place to hold IEO is in a reputable exchange, although not all the exchanges are good for IEO whether reputable or not. Also, those project will have to do their advertisement.

The more I read and hear about it I think an IEO is completely out of the question. No offense I think its a good idea to bring some sort of credibility to the project and maybe some sort of trust for investors but I still think there are better ways.

Why not consider IEO, because ico can be held anywhere and it is always hold on the project official site meaning the company has full control over the ico unlike IEO.
