I 'm planning on selling my watch collection and i would like to offer the possibility of paying in bitcoins, even at a lower price, since I will use the money to buy them anyways.

Also is more attractive for me to get paid this way because I don't have to worry about maybe having to explain to the authorities why I have four or five transfers of couple of thousand each, from different guys. I run a little business and they could interprete it being another income from my activity and if I have to pay taxes as a profit, they rip me off 23%.

It can be also more attractive for the buyer because that way he can't spend some BTC without converting to fiat and saving from paying taxes.

The problem is, the buyer is completely unprotected after sending BTCs, so it's normal that people won't take that risk. Police could easily find me if I receive the money on my bank account and them scam someone, but with BTC I can just disappear.

How can I make it safe for the buyer so paying me via BTC it's attractive?
I have checked scrow services but they either don't accept cryptos, or look sketchy or charge like crazy fees 10-20%, and there are also a lot of scams apparently via scrow fake agencies which makes just not worth it.

Where did you check escrow services? Not in this forum i guess. There is a lot of escrow providers here with an excellent reputation and i guess they also offer services for trading goods.
It will be better to offer the entire collection for sell at once .
I can't tell you how this may work but if you are honest enough, you will surely find the way here. Use board of "Goods" : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=51.0

Well, as a suggested link above is good to have an idea which is better escrow service in the forum and you can hire them for your long term business. I will recommend @bl4nkcode and you can directly pm to that account and ask about your business.

List of escrow providers in btt forum : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2439910.0
It seems the list is not updated you can try this other reference, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=276897.0.
Indeed, good luck with your business and stay safe from scammers. Escrow is very helpful between the seller and buyer, it's a perfect for using Bitcoin if any of you want to protect privacy.

You can create a new bank account solely for the purposes of your transactions related to your business. And I wouldn't worry about the authorities breathing down my neck because of it as long as I have the records of a business transaction had taken place when it comes to the exchange of goods for cash, receipts are ideal but records of negotiations and bank transactions as well as proof that the product exist can be sufficient for you if you are asked about it. You might even be at more risks if you tried to mask your business transactions via Bitcoin and don't report any earnings at all. As long as the business is legal and you are paying tax I don't think you have to worry about anything at all.

Can you show the picture of your watch here ?
How much is the watch worth ? I think it is better that you sell it for money to someone rather than selling it online. If you plan to sell online, you will also have to pay the escrow fee and also the shipping fee can be big expense if the value of the watch is less.

The choice of escrow varies according to the watches, type, method of manufacture and price.
I am not a fan of collecting watches, but I know that slight differences make the prices vary from $ 1,000 to $ 75,000, and therefore the guarantee will vary greatly from one to other.
I think a service like Bitify.com would be safe enough if the hours were much more expensive (100$ to 10,000$.)

I’m a watch collector, let me know what kind of watches we are talking about. If minerjones acts as escrow I might be interested (depending on what you have to offer).

That is not a place where you can sell products/physical items. And stop spamming your referral link.
