Even if this wasn't an official "ANN Thread" you still put it up on display in the Altcoin board particularly in the service section of that board, which means you still promoting the token with your announcement thread. And also even if this wasn't an official ANN thread for your project the point of this scam accusation is your website containing a fake team for your project. You have used stock photos found in the internet to create a fake identity for your team which for any project out there is a red flag for being a fake project. Save your excuses that those images wasn't put up in your website or your site is still in "development", OP already have screenshots and also an archived copy of your website showing that you used those images.

Since OP did a great job on busting you, Ill also be giving him merits for it.

It was an article but great it's labeled as ANN. There was no ANN thread created yet simply because development is incomplete. Who give this user the right to take out images from the site? It was not posted anywhere, so one can't even test it on his own site just because of such crazy heads? If this is the way of judging then great search more, as it will help him beg more merits like that because majority of sites are done like that.

As I said get your medical checkup first. It's not even your fault, it's some people who have nothing better in life to do but to blindly jump into it. If this is ANN thread, then great eyes you have. What other section do you exactly think this should be put in then? It was an article put up in Service thread because that was it exactly is.

Who gave you the right to pick up the images from the website? If the ANN thread posted here had that then you have the right to put it up and accuse but that never happened. You don't need to beg because your action shows it. Turning an article into ANN thread also shows your sense of mind.

Like I said it doesn't matter if your post was a website or not the important thing hew is you have a link to your project which let the OP find some dirt on you and he was right on finding it out. If you think the OP violated or did something illegal when he grabbed that screenshot from your website, he didn't. This cannot be considered as a copyright violation nor plagiarism as he is using those screenshots to give his findings on the fake team you have and it is considered fair use, and to top it all your website is made public and literally anyone has access to it which means anyone other than him will be able to find the fake team you have. If I were you don't look at your case in anymore angle since you'll just have a hard time defending yourself and your project.

Images are still displayed everywhere I checked - TODAY.  Providing false information during the enticement of investment is generally considered fraudulent

Making a false flag (known as flag abuse and usually guaranteed to result in negative feedback from DTs) about the OP is exactly what I would expect from a scammer.

In one place they claim to be registered in Malta (see image above). In another place they claim to be incorporated in the UK.
