XRP Price to $14 - Any thoughts?

Completely agree with you, mate. Right now, XRP has a very high inflation rate. It may not reach far enough in price, if Bitcoin's prices stale across the market. For XRP or any other altcoin to experience new gains, Bitcoin needs to rise first. Once BTC gets past $20k, then we can talk about XRP being worth $5 or even $7. But the effects won't last for long, as Ripple heavily manipulates the XRP token. This, alongside a centralized structure/model, will prevent XRP from reaching astronomical levels in price on the market. People will always prefer to use decentralized cryptocurrencies on top of centralized ones for a very good reason. My guess is that XRP will be worth less than $1 until the whole market reaches $1 Trillion in market cap. There are many wild speculations going on right now about XRP, but what matters is facts more than anything else. And so far, XRP lacks real use cases for the mainstream world.

Nonetheless, in a crypto world filled with strange and bizarre things, anything can happen. The best thing we could do is to stay alert on XRP's latest developments in order to make an investment decision. With so many cryptocurrencies competing for supremacy, it's hard to believe XRP will prevail in the long term. dreams that can be said will not happen. as you said, a partnership renewal and a small update won't help XRP to go up that high. look at current prices, very far from what is expected.

People do really set unrealistic numbers without even thinking or considering first on what are the things do needed to reach out that high price level.

If we do look wayback where bull run happened in 2017 which the max price only rose up to $3 as far i remember and going past that one would really be hard to believe on

It's too far from the ATH that ever reached by ripple. This is a non sense rate that must have forgotten by everyone. $1 looks impossible to happen without a miracle. The ripple company needs more and more money from the market and they will always try to sell more coins whatever the condition of the market.

in better market conditions it will be possible. although now it requires a miracle, a miracle can come for ripple. we will not know when it happened, but what is impossible hopefully can happen.

It needs more than a miracle but it needs multi billion of money to eat all of the  pre-mined coins that preventing the RXP price to be pumped. The dev is always dumping when the pump has already occurred and this is an impossible thing to happen shortly.

Exactly. The Ripple company already holds too much XRP. They can certainly plummet its price whenever they want to. With a supply of billions of XRP, I think double-digits are not feasible in the long term. The most XRP can reach is $5 to $7. Unless Ripple decides to decrease the supply of XRP in circulation, the "cryptocurrency" will be unable to reach higher prices than the ones previously mentioned.

For what I know, XRP is not as widely used as other cryptocurrencies on the market. It's been all about bank partnerships, than anything else. Real use cases (usability) in the mainstream world is what really matters here. A recent study found that 98% of transactions on the XRP Ledger were spam. This shows us that people are not using it seriously for daily payments. With lack of demand and real-world usage, I don't see it going anywhere. Stellar Lumens are a better option, in my own opinion. It's far more decentralized than XRP, with the same technology and features. There are some decentralized exchanges built on the Stellar Protocol, which makes XLM much more attractive than XRP itself. I've heard that the SDF (Stellar Development Foundation) will be adopting the Lightning Network on the Stellar Lumens ledger soon. If they successfully adopt this Layer-Two scaling solution, XLM will be able to become a lot faster and more capable than XRP. It's expected that XLM will "topple" XRP on the market sometime in the future.

Nonetheless, $14 per XRP is a very optimistic target. If it does happen, it would've been because Bitcoin reached new ATHs. After all, altcoins follow Bitcoin's "footsteps" on the market. The odds are little to none for XRP to reach double-digits in price. There are far more important things to focus on, than centralized cryptocurrencies (like XRP) subject to manipulation and fraud. Just my thoughts

For the situation we are facing in the covid19  pandemic its a big NO. It will very hard to gain such big success in terms of XRP price.
This prediction may take more years to be achieved in my opinion. Plus if BTC will bull run to moon then XRP may also come along with it.

Exactly. I think XRP is a goner, because of heavy manipulation on the market. No one would want to "hodl" a centralized cryptocurrency for the long term. XRP is meant to be used in the short term due to its economic model. Being a "settlement system" could prove to be extremely beneficial for banks and governments alike. But knowing that XRP has been unable to provide real use cases for the mainstream world, it looks unlikely that it'll become a success anytime soon.

I'd say that XRP will be worth cents instead of dollars in the future. $14 per XRP seems to be a lot, considering the coin's total supply. The latest ATH of XRP was well over $3 per coin. If it goes higher than that in the future, it must've been because Bitcoin went all the way to the moon. But achieving higher prices on its own, will not be feasible right now. Unless the Ripple company decides to reduce the supply of XRP, I don't see it going anywhere. Just my thoughts

Ripple is totally overvalued consider it has a lot of supply and less than 50% in circulating supply. Even $1 is an impossible thing for ripple.

Nah, if a real bull run comes, and I mean the one where Bitcoin breaks 20k not the silly rallies everyone THINKS will take us to the moon yet it does not, then Ripple will be one of the coins enjoying pump. They all do,,, but the bigger and established ones are the ones who will truly enjoy it.

Mind you its previous ATH price was $3.40 if i still remember correctly according to my calculations, write this to your heart, with or without the pandemic problem it will be 2036 before XRP will make the price mentioned by the OP even with the inclusion of the f BTC bull run market.
