Whoa, Ethereum breaks the $200 barrier

I was surprised to see that today, ETH broke $200 price barrier, and a lot of altcoins in the top 10 are also making a good run, is this the bullish signal that we all have been waiting for the altcoin market?

I think we finally break in the bull run before the start of the year and the price of the top altcoins are beyond our expectation, there are those who think that we entered in the bull run season just this month, but in the month of January there are a lot fo breaking points and bouncing back that happens, and these are sign of bull market.

It will happen soon probably at the end of this month as bitcoin gets a correction right now. It looks like people are going to be crazy to buy more and more ethereum. Ethereum is being hyped on my local exchange site. $300 resistance is not so hard to be break by ethereum.

$500 is far away from here, I doubt in that. I will close my longs it hits $300, I believe it will come to that mark before we see a correction. I bought a couple Ethereum's at $100, x3 is a nice profit, I thought it will come sooner, but after some time here it is. I also believe in correction, I expect Ethereum to drop back under $200, it will be an awesome opportunity for buying and multiplying my Ethereum stack.

Ethereum probably has a ton of resistance that iss just hidden. Many traders must be holding their bags that they acquired when prices had reached much lower. Resistance to higher prices will come in the form.of profit taking when the bullish trend appears to.be weakening. ETH in my view could go through a major correction in the following weeks. Especially if it keeps having gains greater than BTC.

I will not sell all I have, I will save something just in case the price skyrocket to $500. Following Ethereum for years I developed some strategies, in my personal opinion rise to $500 is almost impossible, in some short period of time. One day the price will get there, I believe in that, but not so fast.
Unless Bitcoin got's downtrend momentum, which will happen. After every rise we have a drop, I don't see why the same thing will not happen again. Over a week the prices rise, and soon the price will change direction.

it is good sign altcoins move bullish especially ETH breaks the current position now going to rapidly grow. this makes a positive impact on the ETH lovers and holders. who already invested in ETH. I hope ETH will cross $500 soon as it looks move positive.

According to statistical observations,before halving the price of bitcoin is rises . The peak is expected in May 2020. I hope that the price of ether will rise, but I don't think it will reach $500

I love how ethereum breaks its barrier and have increased its price suddenly in just a few days. Now we can see some top altcoins are already in a positive moves. Looking at the current market, hopefully this is the start of a bullish one and let's make the market green again. But if this is only a good correction, the price may goes down again but eventually, it will rise up again just as before halving.

This feels dangerously high right now and I can't just say that I would suggest people to buy more. The price wasn't even 200 dollars just a few weeks ago, it was around 160 to 180 dollars and now it is above 260 dollars. When you buy into coins that went up this much (almost 50% in 10 days) that means you are buying into a hype and you may end up losing all of your money very quickly, that is how it is in the crypto world and I would advice staying away from it, even selling your coins.

Maybe I am wrong, maybe the price will reach 500 dollars, but what sounds more likely to you, people who have made 50% profit already selling their coins and dropping the price soon, or people who see price going up and buying into it even tho they have already missed the 50% profit? I say sell and get your money out before correction hits ethereum very hard.

I am very grateful that the ethereum finally breaks the $200 price barrier and many people are saying that this is the sign of the bullish of the market in which the bitcoin, ethereum and also the xrp are breaking it's limits and there are so many speculations that this is really the sign that the mass is waiting for the bullish and the recovery of the market but I think this is not yet the sign because it is normal that the coins are getting pump up because of the halving that will happen on the month of May.

After 2018, I have never seen this great positive market before! Not only Ethereum rather most of the altcoins are growing rapidly, but many unexpected coins are also increasing heavily. Look at Ethereum now, it's very near to 300$, I really optimistic that the bull run is already here! You are right from start of new year we are going in good sentiments because bitcoin is also leading in good and positive so impact on all altcoins is also good if this will continue for some more time then surely we are going to have some very good improvement in Ethereum because its still not on price which is really deserve this coin but now this can happen in near future.

For $200 above, I think that's the least it would increase this year, i mean you are asking a very small increase which I think not realistic especially when Bitcoin will have a good run this year. What we are seeing is just a price correction now, bitcoin fall so do ETH, thus far the price is still at $250 so it's still a good price and we are still a good rate of increase from beginning this year up to present.

I believe this year we will break $500... that's for now but I believe we will go beyond that.

We will stay above 200 but im not sure if ethereum can defend this level as the bitcoin has started another correction again. years have already passed and we must get at least a small recovery and with so many major platforms are interested with crypto and that makes sense. Remember a lot of big updates will come in the future

The coin really holds well despite the correction of bitcoin. Even in LTC, it does not show itself as well as Ethereum, although as a rule this happens on the contrary.

I don't think so because the coin is likely to correct soon, and the current Ethereum is still heavily dependent on Bitcoin price rise, so it will be difficult for the coin to reach a new price. However, I am still optimistic to hold this coin because it is a very good coin for the long term and it is quite possible to make a profit if altcoin season appears. Of course, it takes a lot of time and investors must trust when choosing to invest.

I think it will be like last pump, no it is just my hope. But currently i am holding only 2 ETH. But i really confident to hold it maybe for a higher price and i think if Bitcoin pumped in future, ETH will follow it like what happen in past. So, good luck for who holding it.
