I think my only habit right now is checking the price of cryptocurrency or reading manga,
I did plan on exercise or work out but I think I don't have enough motivation to do it,
I also want to build up a healthy habit too but maybe when things got a little better for me.
if you want to build a healthy habit then push that exercising activities mate, sitting in front of your computer all your time will let you meet your death sooner .
Make it a habit , that was just in early times that you will be losing motivation but eventually ? it is addicting .
try having Mountain bike. it will help a lot.
