I don’t know about you guys, but it’s been a pretty shitty season already for me in my other leagues. This might be my most competitive league which should show a lot considering the fact that I think my team sucks ass. I guess I’m thankful I didn’t lose Joe Burrow and more than one league since I owned him in every single league last year, but losing him in one leg certainly didn’t help as well as some guys are not panting out even though it’sT still have my doubts for my team this year

Oh, and for tonight’s game, who knows 11 points or 11 1/2 points is a lot to cover

A lot of "analysts" think it will be a closer game. And Miami did score first. But I went with Buffalo to cover... I feel like they could "go easy" on Miami and still win by 14+ points. Dolphins really do have something to prove though after a lot of people last week were calling for both Tua and Daniels to be released from the team, lol.

I have Buffalo -13, gave extra points as I thought this was going to be a huge blowout. Miami did score on their 1st drive but I don't see them keeping it up. Buffalo went down the field quite easily, just hope they can keep it up. If cook can score a few TDs as well I wouldn't be mad lol.

I have very much had a similar feeling when I was picking my players during the draft being the last on the list hehehe. However, we continue to play our best and get better players from the waiver wire. I am very happy to have replaced NFL rookies, 1 running back and 1 wide receiver, on my bench with Chris Olave and Rachaad White. Thank you to the people who dropped them. I speculate that they can improve later for this season.

In any case, I am changing my team for safety from D'Andre Swift's questionable status. I reckon I should place Javonte Williams as my rb2 and Garrett Wilson as my w/r/t unless the questionable status is removed later. This might be my first loss for this season. I'm not totally confident about my matchup this week either -- so many O line injuries on my teams, makes for a not so positive outlook. I shouldn't complain though seeing as how some premiere QBs are already out, some for most of the season. And just when you think you know something, reality proves you wrong. Fantasy Football can be a really frustrating activity, lol. But just like playing Texas Hold'Em tournaments I enjoy the challenge of trying to learn how to get better.

With Russel Wilson getting benched and Jaxson Dart coming in, I'll bet the giants start seeing a little more production from Nabers. Wilson and his career are over, he's just not realized it yet or he wants to get every penny he can from the NFL before he calls it quits.

Should be a close game today. The only bad thing about it is its only on Amazon Prime, and whatever total NFL package thingies there are I would imagine. Both Sam Darnold and Kyler Murray are undrafted in our league if any of you guys want to make your afternoon more exciting, lol.

Not an expert on waivers, but i think picking up free agents (my last two transactions are FAs: Spencer Shrader and Ollie Gordon II) does not count against your waiver priority throughout the week. Only waiver claims do.

Looking at the transactions page, the last waiver pick was yours, Chargers defense for Chiefs defense, hence the last waiver priority: 10.

I've come to the conclusion that this is actually me, and I don't know how many other NFL watchers actually feel this way:

Meme about what you know, I guess. I do enjoy just about every game so long as there is some good action, and there usually is. I find myself picking a team to cheer for just before kickoff, unless if there is some kinda wager involved. Also whether I have fantasy players on the team or not - or if I picked the team for a pick'em contest - highly biases my favor of the team.

Count yourself lucky. Imagine being  bears fan. Also a Bucs fan having lived in Tampa for years and been to many games. And god do I love their orange creamsicle unis.

I'm not sure what you mean, any waiver type we choose you would not have gotten evans because you chose the defense when you were ahead of Mo.

Apparently its important when you grab someone off the wire to check if they are still tagged "waiver" and not FA because it will take your waiver spot.

I was thinking about PMing him like I did for everyone last year that didn't have a lineup set but then I decided I'm not going to do that this year as its not my responsibility and I missed he didnt set one last week so it would not be consistent that i missed last week but did the weeks going forward.

I haven't even checked if he's been on, have you?

Also I will never change someones lineup unless we as a whole vote for it and I don't see that happening.

But you know there is a format we could play where every week your best guys are used when calculating your weekly score so maybe we can discuss that next year, I would not be adverse to that format addition.

Yeah sucks when you have to do stuff like that. I always say no excuse to not having a lineup set. Do it during a Saturday evening or Sunday mornings (perhaps after some Java) 💩
