It looks like Cointelegraph's running out of things to write about lmao. Pretty much almost everyone in the space completely doubts that Craig Wright is Satoshi anyway.

Who won't doubt it if its clear that he's not Satoshi and he will never be, thus he can't even show evidences that will prove that he is the person behind that pseudonym. He's just manipulating the situation and deceiving people just to seek attention. Why would Satoshi reveal himself after all those years? and what is the specific reason why he choose to hide his identity in public? if he's Satoshi then why is it difficult for him to provide some proofs to convince people that he's the inventor of bitcoin? as I said he isn't worth of our time so let's just focus on much more important things than a fraudster who can't even stand for his own statement.

And just why should anyone care what Bill thinks about CW's claim? (though in this case he is right - CW is a fraud) As mk4 said, looks like cointelegraph is desperate for 'news' and so are posting clickbait to get eyeballs on their site.

Seriously--and it must be hard to come up with new material anyway, unless it's ridiculous non-stories like William Shatner making a statement about who Satoshi is or isn't. There hasn't been much in the way of bitcoin news that I've seen, except for the recent price action....but anyway, Shatner has always been a Hollywood media whore but I'm surprised he's still trying to remain relevant given how old he is. Unless Wright comes up with those private keys, nobody is going to believe he's Satoshi--and that's the bottom line. It'll be interesting to see what comes of this, but I think he's just putting people on, stringing them along just like many scammers do (and I'm not calling him a scammer, just that this behavior is reminiscent of that).

Ofc he isnt satoshi. Do you think SV would be in such a mess if he was? His chain even rolled back sometime last week and knocked off a bunch of their own nodes in the process. This would mean all the updates done on the blockchain were removed since and he restarted it from the beginning of 2009. Any coder let alone the real satoshi would know this would cause horrible things to happen to your own coin. Hence some of the SV nodes started to follow the BCH chain.

You just said what I'm about to say. Even a poor person like me doesn't digest the things he is saying. I mean come on, if He is Satoshi he has a million ways to prove himself but instead he is just claiming and talking nonsense.

There are two ways to prove that Craig is Satoshi. 1. Satoshi must have access to the private keys of the earliest bitcoins that was mined and stored in a series of addresses that hold 50 bitcoins each. These bitcoins were never moved since then. If Craig is Satoshi, he must have access to these wallets and he can simply move a small amount from one of these addresses to a different address. Pretty simple! 2. Mark the below address. This adress holds the bitcoin's first ever mining reward which we call "genesis block". 12c6DSiU4Rq3P4ZxziKxzrL5LmMBrzjrJX Real Satoshi must have access to the private key of this wallet and he can simply sign a message to prove his real identity. If Craig can do it, we will undoubtedly call him as Satoshi Nakamoto. But Craig couldn't do any of these till date. So no one really believes his claim. The Binance CEO wrote about this already. See the link below, https://coingape.com/how-prove-identity-satoshi-nakamoto-cz-suggests/Hope this answers your question!

Hahaha. Next Bitcoin SV misinformation campaign, "Star Wars is the real Star Trek". Plus is there a new Bitcoin documentary that he'll be narrating? What is William Shatner doing in the Bitcoin community?

It's just not Mr Shatner, pretty much everyone here also feels the same about Craig Wright aka Faketoshi. If he was true Satoshi then he would have proved that long back. He is just another clown and people enjoy reading his fantasies.

I think we've had enough CW and Justin Sun threads on the forum. How many are we going to have?
I don't remember Satoshi being a compulsive liar and faking documents. This alone is enough for me to know the truth. And if he ever proves to really be Satoshi (chances are like 0 but hypothetically), I'd lose all my respect for Satoshi. It'd change everyone's view on him, not just mine..

Wow, really scraping the barrel over the whole Craig Wright thing now, I'd say we've probably heard enough about this fraud already, let's not give him any more attention!

I think it's now nearly a hundred times this topic has been posted with several threads. Everybody does know that CSW isn't satoshi and he's known now as faketoshi.
It's all over on the internet. Cointelegraph really is just making this noise out of nowhere and what is only amusing regarding this news is that an actor is getting involved now in crypto.

And who would be the next to doubts Craig Wrights for being Satoshi? Maybe some you could see my name doubting him too and maybe also some newbie's in the forum too. They are making too much drama for Craig Wright anyone doubts him and I think if they would list everyone and make some article and thread on this forum then we would see the same shit for maybe a decade would be the shortest year that I could think of.

I don't believe that Craig is Satoshi. I also don't believe that anyone will manage to reveal true identity of Satoshi unless he wants that. So to my opinion it' better ti just let him be and I don't actually see the purpose if the identity would be revealed, that is not so important for bitcoin community and I can understand why he wants to sty anonymous.

I have been in this forum for more than 2 years and people still gives a crap about Craig Wright? Aren't you tired of posting something about this poser? Seem's like a month wouldn't go on without seeing a post about craig wright why would we even bother doubting if his the real Satoshi or not? It is clear enough that he is just an impostor he couldn't even give out a clear evidence that he is the true creator.
